【摘要】：[目的 /意義]數(shù)據(jù)密集型科學(xué)范式增加了科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享的重要性和緊迫性。數(shù)據(jù)論文作為一種新興的數(shù)據(jù)出版模式,成為國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究熱點(diǎn)。調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),希望為我國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)論文與數(shù)據(jù)期刊實(shí)踐與研究提供參考與借鑒。[方法 /過(guò)程]基于國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,從數(shù)據(jù)論文的概念、出版模式、不同主體的態(tài)度、當(dāng)前模式的缺陷及未來(lái)發(fā)展方向幾方面介紹和評(píng)述數(shù)據(jù)論文這一數(shù)據(jù)出版模式的發(fā)展情況。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]數(shù)據(jù)論文為解決數(shù)據(jù)出版中的歸屬、激勵(lì)、質(zhì)量和引用等問(wèn)題提供了新思路,近年來(lái)受到國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域和主體的廣泛關(guān)注。與國(guó)外相比,國(guó)內(nèi)在實(shí)踐和研究中存在一些不足,建議研究中關(guān)注國(guó)內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)期刊的發(fā)展,加大對(duì)具體問(wèn)題的研究深度,實(shí)踐中借鑒國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)特點(diǎn),從平臺(tái)、渠道、政策等多方面完善和推廣這一新興數(shù)據(jù)出版模式。
[Abstract]:Data-intensive scientific paradigm increases the importance and urgency of scientific data sharing. As a new data publishing model, data thesis has become a hot research field at home and abroad. It is hoped to provide reference for the practice and research of data papers and periodicals in China. [methods / process] based on domestic and foreign literature research, from the concept of data papers, publishing models, attitudes of different subjects, This paper introduces and comments on the development of the data publishing model in the aspects of the defects of the current model and the direction of its development in the future. [results / conclusion] data papers provide a new way of thinking to solve the problems of attribution, incentive, quality and citation in data publishing, and have attracted extensive attention from relevant fields and subjects at home and abroad in recent years. Compared with foreign countries, there are some deficiencies in domestic practice and research. It is suggested that the research should pay attention to the development of domestic data periodicals, increase the depth of research on specific issues, draw lessons from foreign experience in practice, combine the domestic characteristics, and from the platform, channel, Policy and other aspects to improve and promote this new data publishing model.
