【摘要】：[目的 /意義]了解學(xué)術(shù)圖書館對新的出版環(huán)境的感知和應(yīng)對情況以及學(xué)術(shù)圖書館出版服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,分析學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與數(shù)字出版的潛在動(dòng)力和優(yōu)勢條件,從理論與實(shí)踐兩方面論證學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與數(shù)字出版服務(wù)的重要性、必要性和可行性。[方法 /過程]首先介紹學(xué)術(shù)圖書館在促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)交流中所承擔(dān)的角色與使命,分析學(xué)術(shù)出版的功能作用;討論學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與數(shù)字出版的潛在效益。繼之,主要選取分別代表開放存取期刊、倉儲和圖書的DOAJ、OPen DOAR、DOAB作為開放存取出版現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研對象,選擇ARL和SPARC研究圖書館出版服務(wù)相關(guān)報(bào)告并調(diào)研圖書館出版聯(lián)盟,以了解國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)圖書館的出版服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析總結(jié)學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與數(shù)字出版所具備的內(nèi)容資源、技術(shù)平臺、用戶、人才等方面的優(yōu)勢條件,并簡要討論學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與數(shù)字出版的角色和功能定位。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]總結(jié)學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與數(shù)字出版的動(dòng)因和條件以及可能面臨的不確定性,并相應(yīng)提出可能的應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to understand the perception and response of academic libraries to the new publishing environment and the current situation of academic libraries' publishing services, and to analyze the potential motivation and advantages of academic libraries to participate in digital publishing. This paper discusses the importance, necessity and feasibility of academic libraries' participation in digital publishing service from both theoretical and practical aspects. [methods] first of all, it introduces the role and mission of academic library in promoting academic exchange, analyzes the function of academic publishing, and discusses the potential benefits of academic library participating in digital publishing. Secondly, we select the DOA JOPen DOARDOAB, which represent the open access periodicals, storage and books respectively, as the research objects of the open access publishing situation, select ARL and SPARC research library publishing service related reports and research library publishing alliance. In order to understand the status of publishing services of academic libraries at home and abroad. On this basis, this paper further analyzes and summarizes the advantages of academic libraries in digital publishing in terms of content resources, technical platforms, users and talents, and briefly discusses the role and functional orientation of academic libraries in digital publishing. [results / conclusion] the reasons and conditions for academic libraries to participate in digital publishing and the uncertainty they may face are summarized, and the possible countermeasures are put forward accordingly.
