【摘要】：數(shù)字出版需要新的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念和模式,需要靈活的體制和機(jī)制、復(fù)合型出版人才、有效的平臺(tái)和渠道等必要條件。結(jié)合實(shí)踐來看,目前可行的數(shù)字出版模式有內(nèi)容精耕細(xì)作,抓住互聯(lián)網(wǎng)一代興趣點(diǎn),運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)用戶,以產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營(yíng)、渠道合作或終端服務(wù)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)跨媒體出版等等。
[Abstract]:Digital publishing needs new management idea and mode, flexible system and mechanism, compound publishing talents, effective platform and channel and so on. In combination with practice, the current feasible digital publishing model includes intensive and intensive work, grasping the Internet generation of interest points, using big data to operate users, and realizing cross-media publishing by means of product management, channel cooperation or terminal service, and so on.
