【摘要】： 語言是人類最重要的交際工具,它的運用情況直接影響著人們的交際效果,同時也反映著使用者的語言水平和文化素養(yǎng)。報刊是信息傳播的媒介、文明傳承的載體,同時也是語言文字工作的重要窗口,在規(guī)范使用語言文字方面起著十分重要的作用。 報刊語言因其示范效應(yīng),其語言規(guī)范問題一直為人們所關(guān)注。近年來,隨著媒體業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,本應(yīng)是我國規(guī)范用語窗口的報刊,卻時常出現(xiàn)語言失范現(xiàn)象。這不僅有礙于信息的傳遞,還損害了報刊自身的形象,同時由于報刊本身特殊的地位,也會給我國的語言文字的正常使用和健康發(fā)展帶來不良的影響。 在共建和諧社會的新時期,報刊語言的規(guī)范工作顯得尤為重要。本文通過對安徽地區(qū)幾家主流報刊語言的抽樣調(diào)查,找出報刊語言失范的各種表現(xiàn),并用詞匯、語法、文字及標(biāo)點等方面的知識進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地分析評論,進(jìn)而提出改正的意見。筆者認(rèn)為,報刊語言不規(guī)范的問題,是受到從業(yè)人員態(tài)度和水平、制度建設(shè)和社會監(jiān)督等內(nèi)外多重因素共同影響的結(jié)果。因此,媒體從業(yè)人員以至全社會都要統(tǒng)一行動,齊抓共管,共同努力提高報刊的語言文字應(yīng)用水平,使報刊真正成為語言規(guī)范的典范。 同時,對報刊語言進(jìn)行規(guī)范,要求我們必須樹立全面、客觀、理性的規(guī)范觀,尤其是對于語言文字工作者來說,既要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析其失誤之處,又不能矯枉過正,一味講究“規(guī)范”而扼殺了語言的生機和活力。規(guī)范語言是為了使語言能更好地服務(wù)于交際,在實際工作中我們應(yīng)不斷完善規(guī)范觀念和方法,辯證地、動態(tài)地、有層次地看待失范與規(guī)范問題。 構(gòu)建和諧的語言生活,是新世紀(jì)語言文字工作的新理念和新目標(biāo)。不斷加強報刊語言的規(guī)范化建設(shè),努力增強語言功能與語言活力,是媒體工作者和語言文字工作者的重要使命,同時也依賴于政府相關(guān)機構(gòu)與全社會的共同努力。我們期待來自多方的智慧和力量能形成一股合力,使報刊語言在動態(tài)中實現(xiàn)規(guī)范,共創(chuàng)語言文明。
[Abstract]:Language is the most important communication tool for human beings. Its application directly affects people's communicative effect and also reflects the language level and cultural literacy of the users. Newspapers and periodicals are not only the media of information dissemination, the carrier of civilization transmission, but also the important window of the work of language and character, which plays a very important role in regulating the use of language and characters. Because of its demonstration effect, newspaper language has been concerned about its language norms. In recent years, with the rapid development of the media industry, it is supposed to be the window of the standard language in our country, but it often appears the phenomenon of language anomie. This not only hinders the transmission of information, but also damages the image of the newspaper itself. At the same time, due to the special position of the newspaper itself, it will also bring bad influence to the normal use and healthy development of Chinese language and characters. In the new period of building a harmonious society, it is very important to standardize the language of newspapers and periodicals. Based on a sample survey of several mainstream newspapers and periodicals in Anhui, this paper finds out the various manifestations of newspaper language anomie, analyzes and comments systematically with the knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, writing and punctuation, and puts forward some suggestions for correction. The author believes that the problem of language nonstandard in newspapers and periodicals is influenced by the attitude and level of practitioners, the construction of institutions and social supervision and other internal and external factors. Therefore, media practitioners as well as the whole society should act in a unified manner, work together to improve the language and character application of newspapers and periodicals, and make newspapers and periodicals truly become the models of language norms. At the same time, to standardize the language of newspapers and periodicals, we must set up a comprehensive, objective and rational normative view. Especially for the language workers, we should be good at finding and analyzing their mistakes, and not overcorrecting them. Blindly pay attention to "norms" and strangle the vitality and vitality of the language. The purpose of normative language is to make language serve communication better. In practical work, we should constantly perfect the concept and method of norms, dialectically, dynamically, and hierarchically. Constructing harmonious language life is the new idea and new goal of language writing work in the new century. It is an important mission for media workers and language workers to constantly strengthen the standardization of newspaper language and strive to enhance the language function and vitality. At the same time, it also depends on the joint efforts of the relevant government agencies and the whole society. We look forward to the wisdom and power from many parties to form a joint force, so that the newspaper language in the dynamic realization of norms, create a language civilization.
