【摘要】：出版專業(yè)技術(shù)人員網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程教育培訓(xùn)方式的強(qiáng)大優(yōu)勢(shì)使接受教育培訓(xùn)的廣大出版專業(yè)技術(shù)人員受益匪淺,繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)取得了良好的開端。我國(guó)出版媒體單位極其眾多,出版專業(yè)技術(shù)人員隊(duì)伍極其龐大,出版媒體單位和人員極其復(fù)雜,整齊劃一的網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)有著高效的規(guī)范作用,意義重大,同時(shí),面對(duì)著實(shí)現(xiàn)交互性、提高實(shí)效性、改革應(yīng)試性、強(qiáng)化針對(duì)性等考量,繼續(xù)教育還需在試行中不斷探索研究,從供給側(cè)不斷改進(jìn),以符合繼續(xù)教育初心。
[Abstract]:The strong advantage of network distance education and training for publishing technicians benefits the vast number of publishing technicians who receive education and training, and further education and training has made a good start.
