【摘要】：現(xiàn)代編輯出版的工匠精神可以概括為胸懷理想、愛崗敬業(yè),一絲不茍、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),注重細(xì)節(jié)、追求完美,精益求精、奉獻(xiàn)精品。中國(guó)編輯出版歷史和實(shí)踐中彰顯了工匠精神,工匠精神也映射出現(xiàn)代編輯出版工作的實(shí)質(zhì)。為應(yīng)對(duì)出版質(zhì)量下滑,提升我國(guó)出版業(yè)整體水平,使編輯出版專業(yè)學(xué)生具備良好的工匠意識(shí),在編輯出版教育方面要注重培育學(xué)生的工匠精神,包括在編輯出版理論教學(xué)中強(qiáng)化工匠精神教育,通過專業(yè)實(shí)踐課程磨煉學(xué)生的工匠精神,并利用校企聯(lián)動(dòng)來塑造專業(yè)化的大工匠精神。
[Abstract]:The spirit of the craftsman in modern editing and publishing can be summed up as the ideal, the love of the post, the meticulous and conscientious, careful and conscientious, the attention to detail, the pursuit of perfection, the perfection and the dedication of the fine quality. The spirit of the craftsman is highlighted in the history and practice of Chinese editing and publishing, and the spirit of the craftsman is also mapped to the essence of the editing and publishing work. The overall level of the publishing industry in China makes the editing and publishing students have a good sense of craftsman. In editing and publishing education, we should pay attention to the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman, including strengthening the spiritual education of the craftsmen in the teaching of the theory of editing and publishing, refining the spirit of the craftsmen of the students through the professional practice course and making use of the linkage of school and enterprise to shape the profession.
