Z雜志社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步完善,加之國(guó)家對(duì)報(bào)刊行業(yè)改革及事業(yè)單位改制的進(jìn)一步推動(dòng),大多數(shù)原屬事業(yè)單位體制的教育類期刊出版單位都陷入了經(jīng)營(yíng)困境,本文的研究對(duì)象Z雜志社就屬于這一類單位的典型代表。如何走出目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)困境,如何在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制內(nèi)立足繼而發(fā)展,就成為了Z雜志社及同類期刊出版單位的頭等大事。 本文以Z雜志社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案及具體實(shí)施方案為研究課題,從Z雜志社具體情況出發(fā),全面分析了Z雜志社內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理研究工具,對(duì)Z雜志社的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,并為Z雜志社制定了企業(yè)今后五年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,并基于這一發(fā)展規(guī)劃提出了今后五年Z雜志社不同發(fā)展階段的優(yōu)選戰(zhàn)略。最后,本文嘗試著為Z雜志社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略確定了一系列具體實(shí)施方案,并對(duì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,提出了自己的解決方案,力圖為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者提供一種思路和一些可做參考的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy system and the further promotion of the reform of the newspaper and periodicals industry and the reform of the institution system, most educational periodical publishing units that belong to the institution system have fallen into a business dilemma. Z magazine, the object of this paper, is a typical representative of this kind of unit. How to get out of the current management dilemma and how to establish a foothold in the market economic system and then develop has become the top priority of Z magazine and the same periodical publishing units. This article takes Z magazine's development strategy plan and its concrete implementation plan as the research subject, from Z magazine's concrete situation, comprehensively analyzes Z magazine's internal and external environment, uses the strategy management research tool, This paper studies the development strategy of Z magazine, and formulates the development plan for Z magazine in the next five years. Based on this development plan, the optimal selection strategy of Z magazine in different stages in the next five years is put forward. Finally, this paper attempts to determine a series of specific implementation plans for Z magazine development strategy, and analyzes the key and difficult problems in the development strategy, and puts forward its own solution. Try to provide a kind of train of thought and some theory guidance that can make reference for the enterprise operator.
