【摘要】：正近期讀報(bào),發(fā)現(xiàn)一些稿件的標(biāo)題、內(nèi)文與所配照片不吻合的現(xiàn)象。如某報(bào)9月29日C05版《市內(nèi)五區(qū)國(guó)旗一起飄起來(lái)》,所配發(fā)的照片上,燈桿上懸掛的國(guó)旗采用金屬框架固定,平整展現(xiàn),并不能飄動(dòng)。據(jù)了解,今年當(dāng)?shù)匦麄鞑拷y(tǒng)一調(diào)度全市主要干道、繁華路段的國(guó)旗懸掛,統(tǒng)一制作和懸掛的國(guó)旗沒有采用綢布材質(zhì),就是為了避免綢布旗面被風(fēng)吹起卷成團(tuán),或飄動(dòng)起來(lái)被硬物掛壞,影響美觀和國(guó)旗的嚴(yán)肅性�？傊�,今年
