【摘要】：隨著科技的發(fā)展,數(shù)字出版已成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。與傳統(tǒng)出版相比,數(shù)字出版的制作周期短、傳播速度快、信息規(guī)模大、交易過(guò)程便捷,給傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了巨大變革,出版商積極向傳統(tǒng)出版與數(shù)字出版融合發(fā)展的方式轉(zhuǎn)型,由于圖書(shū)館與出版業(yè)密切相關(guān),數(shù)字出版的發(fā)展將對(duì)圖書(shū)館社會(huì)功能造成一定影響。圖書(shū)館社會(huì)功能主要表現(xiàn)為四個(gè)方面:歷史方面的功能,信息方面的功能,教育方面的功能,文化方面的功能。本文在了解我國(guó)數(shù)字出版的現(xiàn)狀、國(guó)家對(duì)于數(shù)字出版發(fā)展的規(guī)劃、以及圖書(shū)館學(xué)界關(guān)于數(shù)字環(huán)境下圖書(shū)館的發(fā)展方向的基礎(chǔ)上,探討數(shù)字出版對(duì)圖書(shū)館的社會(huì)功能造成的影響。首先對(duì)圖書(shū)館的各個(gè)功能進(jìn)行了闡述,包括功能的定義、定位及表現(xiàn)形式。其次在此基礎(chǔ)上分析數(shù)字出版影響各項(xiàng)功能的主要因素并討論了圖書(shū)館各項(xiàng)社會(huì)功能的強(qiáng)弱變化。最后提出數(shù)字出版環(huán)境下,圖書(shū)館各個(gè)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式需要作出相關(guān)調(diào)整,以便更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)圖書(shū)館的社會(huì)價(jià)值。在未來(lái)數(shù)字出版環(huán)境下,期待有一個(gè)全新的信息資源供給方式,圖書(shū)館仍承擔(dān)著重要的社會(huì)責(zé)任。全文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為緒論部分,介紹選題背景和研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)等內(nèi)容。第二章通過(guò)訪談、問(wèn)卷的形式了解數(shù)字出版的具體內(nèi)容,用戶在未來(lái)數(shù)字出版環(huán)境形成的前后對(duì)于圖書(shū)館的利用情況,以探究圖書(shū)館的功能變化。第三章在對(duì)圖書(shū)館四個(gè)方面社會(huì)功能進(jìn)行闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,分別討論數(shù)字出版對(duì)其造成的影響,圖書(shū)館保存人類文化遺產(chǎn)的功能將不再是每一個(gè)圖書(shū)館的必要責(zé)任,而應(yīng)當(dāng)是整個(gè)圖書(shū)館事業(yè)所承擔(dān)的責(zé)任,文獻(xiàn)資源保存與利用的矛盾將可以得到徹底解決;圖書(shū)館在信息資源供給方面作用有所降低,圖書(shū)館中介性減弱,但是對(duì)圖書(shū)館信息資源的深層次組織與開(kāi)發(fā)及讀者信息服務(wù)方面提出了更高要求;在數(shù)字出版環(huán)境下,圖書(shū)館應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)更多的社會(huì)教育責(zé)任與作為公共文化空間的責(zé)任,以提升圖書(shū)館的社會(huì)價(jià)值。第四章提出了在未來(lái)數(shù)字出版環(huán)境下圖書(shū)館各個(gè)方面功能的發(fā)揮,較于之前,其實(shí)現(xiàn)方式應(yīng)當(dāng)有所側(cè)重與轉(zhuǎn)變。第五章對(duì)前文進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了對(duì)未來(lái)數(shù)字出版環(huán)境下圖書(shū)館角色與地位的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, digital publishing has become the trend of the times. Compared with traditional publishing, digital publishing has shorter production cycle, faster dissemination speed, larger information scale and convenient transaction process, which has brought great changes to the development of traditional publishing industry. Publishers actively transform to the traditional publishing and digital publishing integration development, because the library and the publishing industry are closely related, the development of digital publishing will have a certain impact on the social function of the library. The social function of library is mainly manifested in four aspects: the function of history, the function of information, the function of education and the function of culture. On the basis of understanding the current situation of digital publishing in China, the national plan for the development of digital publishing and the direction of library development in the digital environment, this paper probes into the influence of digital publishing on the social function of libraries. First of all, this paper expounds the functions of the library, including the definition, orientation and manifestation of the functions. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the functions of digital publishing and discusses the changes of the social functions of libraries. Finally, it is pointed out that under the environment of digital publishing, the ways of realizing each function of library should be adjusted in order to realize the social value of library better. In the future digital publishing environment, the library is still shouldering important social responsibility. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic, research trends at home and abroad. In the second chapter, through the form of interview, questionnaire to understand the specific content of digital publishing, users in the future digital publishing environment before and after the formation of the use of libraries, in order to explore the functional changes of the library. The third chapter discusses the impact of digital publishing on the four aspects of social functions of libraries. The function of preserving the cultural heritage of mankind will no longer be the necessary responsibility of every library. It should be the responsibility of the whole library, and the contradiction between the preservation and utilization of the document resources will be solved thoroughly, the function of the library in the supply of information resources will be reduced, and the intermediary nature of the library will be weakened. However, higher demands are put forward on the deep organization and development of library information resources and reader information service. Under the environment of digital publishing, libraries should bear more social and educational responsibilities and responsibilities as public cultural space. In order to enhance the social value of the library. The fourth chapter puts forward the functions of library in the future digital publishing environment, compared with the previous, its implementation should be emphasized and changed. In the fifth chapter, the author sums up the above and puts forward the prospect of library's role and status in the future digital publishing environment.
