【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)期刊優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版是學(xué)術(shù)出版的潮流,近年來越來越多的學(xué)術(shù)期刊加入到優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版的行列中去。但當(dāng)前我國學(xué)術(shù)期刊優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版存在著規(guī)范性意識(shí)不強(qiáng),優(yōu)先出版形式、優(yōu)先時(shí)間、技術(shù)流程等缺乏行業(yè)規(guī)范和行業(yè)內(nèi)部統(tǒng)一等問題。針對(duì)這些問題,需要提高學(xué)術(shù)期刊規(guī)范化意識(shí),建立學(xué)術(shù)期刊優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版規(guī)范化體系。規(guī)范化體系應(yīng)包括優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版平臺(tái)登記、優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版編校流程、優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版形式規(guī)范、優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版文章注釋體例、優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版物樣本送交、優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版物"出版日前(印前)審讀"制度和優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版物審讀后數(shù)字版本更新等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Priority digital publishing of academic journals is the trend of academic publishing. In recent years, more and more academic journals have joined the ranks of priority digital publishing. However, there are some problems such as lack of standardization consciousness, priority publishing form, priority time, technical process and so on. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to improve the standardization consciousness of academic journals and establish a standardized system of priority digital publishing for academic journals. The standardized system shall include the registration of priority digital publishing platforms, the compilation and correction process of priority digital publishing, the standardization of priority digital publishing forms, the annotating style of preferential digital publishing articles, and the sending of priority digital publications samples. The priority digital publication "pre-publication (pre-press) review" system and the priority digital publication after reading digital version update and so on.
