【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,數(shù)字技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)給傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型無疑成為眾多出版機構(gòu)最迫切的時代命題。數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)值屢創(chuàng)新高,數(shù)字出版已經(jīng)成為出版業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,當(dāng)數(shù)字出版大潮襲來之時,作為內(nèi)容提供商的各類出版社已經(jīng)開始覺醒,很多出版社紛紛開始尋找并探索數(shù)字出版的新模式、新突破。目前,隨著數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,一些出版社,尤其是專業(yè)類出版社逐步理清了數(shù)字出版的脈絡(luò),結(jié)合自身豐富的專業(yè)內(nèi)容資源,初期的數(shù)字出版探索也取得了成功。專業(yè)出版社面臨出版體制改革大潮的威脅和數(shù)字出版的巨大挑戰(zhàn),專業(yè)出版社通常規(guī)模都比較小,尋找新的業(yè)務(wù)模式和利潤增長點對于專業(yè)出版社未來發(fā)展意義重大。借鑒典型專業(yè)出版社數(shù)字出版發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗,探索專業(yè)出版社數(shù)字出版發(fā)展策略是本文研究的目的。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析法,同時結(jié)合了社會學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、傳播學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論和方法,對大量的二手資料進(jìn)行了收集和整理。本文首先梳理了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)專業(yè)出版社數(shù)字出版發(fā)展的研究理論,并對國內(nèi)數(shù)字出版現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展的趨勢進(jìn)行思考;其次,運用經(jīng)濟學(xué)的SWOT分析法對專業(yè)出版社發(fā)展數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、內(nèi)部劣勢、外部機遇和外部威脅逐一進(jìn)行分析;再次,介紹了國內(nèi)典型專業(yè)出版社數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,并且從這些典型專業(yè)出版社數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展中得到啟示的基礎(chǔ)上,從資源策略、品牌策略、營銷策略三個方面為未來的專業(yè)出版社的數(shù)字出版發(fā)展提供策略思考。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, digital technology and network technology have brought great challenges to the traditional publishing industry, and digital transformation has undoubtedly become the most urgent topic of the times for many publishing institutions. The output value of digital publishing has repeatedly reached a new high. Digital publishing has become a trend in the development of the publishing industry. When the tide of digital publishing hit, all kinds of publishers, as content providers, have begun to wake up. Many publishers have begun to look for and explore the new model of digital publishing, new breakthroughs. At present, with the development of digital publishing industry, some publishing houses, especially professional publishing houses, have gradually clarified the context of digital publishing, combined with their own rich professional content resources, the initial digital publishing exploration has also been successful. Professional publishing houses are facing the threat of publishing system reform and the great challenges of digital publishing. Professional publishing houses are usually relatively small in scale. It is of great significance for professional publishing houses to find new business models and profit growth points for the future development of professional publishing houses. The purpose of this paper is to learn from the successful experience of the development of digital publishing in typical professional publishing houses and to explore the development strategy of digital publishing for professional publishing houses. This paper mainly adopts literature analysis, case analysis, and combines the theories and methods of sociology, economics, communication and so on, to collect and sort out a large number of second-hand materials. This paper firstly combs the research theory of digital publishing development of related professional publishing houses at home and abroad, and thinks about the present situation and development trend of digital publishing at home and abroad; secondly, This paper analyzes the internal advantages, internal disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats of the development of digital publishing business in professional publishing houses one by using the SWOT analysis method of economics. Thirdly, it introduces the development of digital publishing business of typical professional publishing houses in China. On the basis of the enlightenment from the development of digital publishing business of these typical professional publishing houses, this paper provides strategic thinking for the future digital publishing development of professional publishing houses from three aspects: resource strategy, brand strategy and marketing strategy.
