【摘要】：全民閱讀在2015年大舉發(fā)力,思路理念、工作舉措、組織保障、智力支持等多有創(chuàng)新突破,社會影響、產(chǎn)業(yè)指標相互印證凸顯不凡成效。但從長遠來看,供給乏力、流通疲軟、基礎(chǔ)較弱、機制受限、氛圍不濃、智力不支等也是難以回避的問題。在新起點上,全民閱讀應該加大深化閱讀行為與精神消費規(guī)律認識、優(yōu)化組織機構(gòu)與制度機制建設(shè)、加強活動布局和工作部署的頂層設(shè)計、大規(guī)模推進基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)與公共服務、積極推動出版供給側(cè)改革創(chuàng)新、大力推進流通體系整合創(chuàng)新、立體化縱深化宣傳倡導全民閱讀等七個方面的工作力度。
[Abstract]:In 2015, reading for all has made great efforts, such as ideas, work measures, organizational security, intellectual support, etc. There are many innovative breakthroughs, social impact, and industry indicators to highlight the remarkable results. But in the long run, the supply is weak, the circulation is weak, the foundation is weak, the mechanism is limited, the atmosphere is not strong, the intelligence is not enough and so on. At a new starting point, reading by the whole people should deepen the understanding of reading behavior and the law of spiritual consumption, optimize the construction of organizations and institutional mechanisms, and strengthen the top-level design of the layout of activities and work arrangements. We should promote infrastructure construction and public service on a large scale, actively promote the reform and innovation on the supply side of the publication, vigorously promote the integration and innovation of the circulation system, and further promote and advocate the reading of the whole people.
