【摘要】：為了提高基層醫(yī)生的專業(yè)知識水平,普及先進的醫(yī)療技術手段,促進基層醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展,本文結合實踐,從辦刊思路、技術手段、設計方案、實施過程幾個角度探討了《基層醫(yī)院實用技術》電子刊的制作和應用,并對其發(fā)布后的效果進行總結,對存在的問題和今后的改進提出建議,以期為同類刊物的進一步發(fā)展提供借鑒。
