【摘要】:在出版業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)高速增長向中高速增長的趨勢下,如何推動(dòng)出版業(yè)進(jìn)一步深化改革、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、提高質(zhì)量、提升效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版的融合發(fā)展和數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)?實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們:應(yīng)實(shí)行從編輯開始、從選題源頭抓起,務(wù)實(shí)推進(jìn)編印營管全程全員的出版供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)去產(chǎn)能提升編輯創(chuàng)造力、去庫存提升編輯創(chuàng)新力、去杠桿提升編輯生產(chǎn)力、降成本提升編輯管理力、補(bǔ)短板提升編輯營銷力,以質(zhì)量提升和效益增長為目的,以規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)為目標(biāo),創(chuàng)新推進(jìn)"數(shù)字化強(qiáng)社戰(zhàn)略""大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略"和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+出版"行動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)"三步邁進(jìn)、四步跨越、融合發(fā)展",推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和融合發(fā)展。本文緊密結(jié)合人民衛(wèi)生出版社供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),介紹了創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)出版?zhèn)髅焦┙o側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的思路、理念、方法和措施,以期為出版?zhèn)髅酵刑峁┙梃b。
