【摘要】：【目的】探討基于GoWeb及PubMed分析醫(yī)學期刊研究熱點�！痉椒ā恳韵瓩C制研究為例,利用GoWeb自動生成高頻次名詞術語及其年發(fā)表分布特征初步歸納研究熱點,再利用PubMed檢索國際權威期刊發(fā)表的相關論文年度分布特征來評價初步歸納的研究熱點的準確性,最后對未涵蓋在初步歸納的研究熱點范圍內的研究內容進一步行GoWeb分析并預測研究發(fā)展趨勢�！窘Y果】哮喘機制的研究熱點主要集中在免疫學及氣道重塑兩大熱點,表觀遺傳學有望成為哮喘機制研究的新熱點。將GoWeb與PubMed結合能準確捕獲研究熱點及預測其發(fā)展趨勢。【結論】將GoWeb與PubMed結合為醫(yī)學期刊編輯掌握相關學科領域的研究熱點及發(fā)展趨勢提供了簡單有效可行的方法。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the research hotspot of medical journals based on GoWeb and PubMed analysis. [methods] taking the study of asthma mechanism as an example, the term of high-frequency noun and its annual distribution characteristics were automatically generated by GoWeb. Then using PubMed to retrieve the annual distribution characteristics of relevant papers published in international authoritative journals to evaluate the accuracy of the preliminary induction of research hot spots. Finally, further GoWeb analysis and prediction of the development trend were carried out for the subjects not covered by the preliminary research hotspots. [results] the focus of the study on asthma mechanism was mainly focused on immunology and airway remodeling. Epigenetics is expected to become a new hotspot in the study of asthma mechanism. The combination of GoWeb and PubMed can accurately capture the research hotspot and predict its development trend. [conclusion] the combination of GoWeb and PubMed provides a simple, effective and feasible method for medical journal editors to master the research hotspot and development trend in related disciplines.
