【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代出版技術(shù)的發(fā)展，期刊出版發(fā)生了重大轉(zhuǎn)變，除了生產(chǎn)技術(shù)現(xiàn)代化外，還有一個重大轉(zhuǎn)變，即期刊出版數(shù)字化、市場化的轉(zhuǎn)變。期刊品種數(shù)量急劇增加，出版周期日益縮短，這種發(fā)展態(tài)勢，對校對工作提出了挑戰(zhàn)。如何高效地完成校對工作，如何把校對工作形成一個獨立的項目是今后一個時期提高期刊質(zhì)量的主要研究方向。 近代，隨著我國文化出版事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，校對管理工作也逐漸成為保證期刊質(zhì)量的一個重要管理項目，日趨專業(yè)化和規(guī)范化，但缺乏具體的期刊校對控制體系，如何利用現(xiàn)代技術(shù)結(jié)合期刊校對的現(xiàn)狀，建立一個利用計算機技術(shù)的現(xiàn)代校對體系是出版發(fā)展的一個主要方向。校對工作應(yīng)成為期刊出版生產(chǎn)的獨立項目，因此有必要就此進行一些探討和總結(jié)，找出相應(yīng)對策，以便更好地適應(yīng)新形勢對校對工作的新要求。本文對影響校對質(zhì)量因素及控制方法進行了綜合分析，同時結(jié)合現(xiàn)代期刊的特點和校對特點，從“人員管理”、“資源配置”、“校對工作環(huán)節(jié)控制”、“質(zhì)量管理”入手，構(gòu)建了具體的期刊校對質(zhì)量控制管理方案，形成電腦校對和人工校對的有效結(jié)合。 本論文通過對人機結(jié)合期刊校對項目質(zhì)量控制的前期準備階段、實施運行階段、后續(xù)的監(jiān)管階段機制和方法的研究，，全面系統(tǒng)地分析了人機結(jié)合期刊校對項目在質(zhì)量控制方面應(yīng)注意的問題，借鑒實用性很強。通過對人機結(jié)合期刊校對項目建設(shè)及運行過程的研究，將有助于推動我國期刊校對管理的建設(shè)，從整體上提高期刊校對的質(zhì)量。本論文的論述重點是人機結(jié)合期刊校對管理體系對于期刊校對起到的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控管理方面的問題，所以本文將系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)劃分為校對質(zhì)量前期控制、校對質(zhì)量中期控制、校對質(zhì)量后期控制。通過對人機結(jié)合期刊校對項目各個階段實施質(zhì)量控制，最后達到人機結(jié)合期刊校對管理體系在后續(xù)的運行及監(jiān)管方面得到改善。 基于項目管理及項目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論，論文從工作實際出發(fā)，針對現(xiàn)代校對的發(fā)展趨勢，突破傳統(tǒng)校對的格局，提升校對功能，帶來校對理念的改變和校對方式方法的創(chuàng)新，標志著傳統(tǒng)校對向現(xiàn)代校對的轉(zhuǎn)變，給校對工作帶來了新的活力。所以，針對校對項目質(zhì)量管理的研究就是基于上述原因，這對項目可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力以及項目本身都提供了借鑒的意義和監(jiān)督的作用。 正是基于這種現(xiàn)狀和人機結(jié)合期刊校對管理體系的這種特點，本文以項目質(zhì)量管理理論作為指導(dǎo)，實現(xiàn)人機結(jié)合期刊校對管理體系的建設(shè)及運行項目的質(zhì)量控制。總而言之，引進先進的項目管理方法和理念在人機結(jié)合期刊校對系統(tǒng)推廣項目的成功實施過程中將起到顯著作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern publishing technology, periodical publishing has undergone a great change. In addition to the modernization of production technology, there is also a major change, that is, the digitization and marketization of periodical publishing. The number of periodicals has increased rapidly and the publication cycle has been shortened day by day. This trend of development challenges the proofreading work. How to finish proofreading efficiently and how to form an independent project are the main research directions to improve the quality of periodicals in the future. In modern times, with the continuous development of cultural publishing in China, proofreading management has gradually become an important management project to ensure the quality of periodicals, becoming more and more professional and standardized, but lacking of specific periodical proofreading control system. How to make use of modern technology to combine the present situation of periodical proofreading and establish a modern proofreading system using computer technology is one of the main directions of publishing development. Proofreading should become an independent project of periodical publishing production, so it is necessary to discuss and summarize it and find out the corresponding countermeasures in order to better adapt to the new requirement of proofreading work in the new situation. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting proofreading quality and its control methods, combining the characteristics of modern periodicals and proofreading, starting with "personnel management", "resource allocation", "proofreading work link control" and "quality management". The concrete quality control management scheme of periodical proofreading is constructed, and the effective combination of computer proofreading and manual proofreading is formed. This paper studies the mechanism and methods of the following stages of supervision through the preparatory stage, the implementation stage, the follow-up supervision stage, the early preparation stage, the implementation stage and the subsequent supervision stage of the proofreading project quality control of the man-machine combined journal. This paper analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in the quality control of the proofreading project of man-machine combined periodicals. Through the research on the construction and running process of the proofreading project of man-machine combined periodical, it will be helpful to promote the construction of periodical proofreading management in China and to improve the quality of periodical proofreading on the whole. The main point of this thesis is the quality control and management of journal proofreading system, so the construction of the system is divided into Prophase quality Control and Medium-Term Control of proofreading quality, so this paper divides the construction of the system into Prophase Control of proofreading quality and Medium-Term Control of proofreading quality. Proofreading late quality control. Through the implementation of quality control in every stage of the proofreading project, the management system of ergonomic-computer combined periodical proofreading has been improved in the following aspects of operation and supervision. Based on the related theories of project management and project quality management, this paper starts from the work practice, aiming at the development trend of modern proofreading, breaks through the pattern of traditional proofreading, and promotes the function of proofreading. It brings about the change of proofreading idea and the innovation of proofreading method. It marks the change from traditional proofreading to modern proofreading and brings new vitality to proofreading work. Therefore, the study of proofreading project quality management is based on the above reasons, which provides the significance and supervision for the sustainable development of the project as well as the project itself. Based on the present situation and the characteristics of the proofreading management system of man-machine combined journals, this paper takes the theory of project quality management as the guide to realize the construction of the management system and the quality control of the running items. In a word, the introduction of advanced project management methods and concepts will play a significant role in the successful implementation of the project.
