【摘要】：本文從國家大力推進法治建設(shè),版權(quán)保護日益成為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)界必須思考面對的課題的大背景出發(fā),提出標本兼治解決縣級電視臺長期以來存在的版權(quán)問題。文章指出縣級電視臺普遍存在的版權(quán)違法違規(guī)現(xiàn)象,客觀分析縣級電視臺盜播侵權(quán)的多方面原因,并以開平電視臺為例探討解決縣級臺版權(quán)問題的可行性對策,以促進縣級電視臺電視事業(yè)健康有序持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Starting from the background that the country is vigorously promoting the construction of the rule of law and copyright protection is becoming a subject that the cultural industry must think about, this paper puts forward a solution to the problem of copyright existing in county-level TV stations for a long time. This paper points out the phenomenon of copyright violation in county-level TV stations, analyzes objectively the various reasons of infringing broadcasting in county-level TV stations, and takes Kaiping TV station as an example to discuss the feasible countermeasures to solve the copyright problems of county-level stations. In order to promote the county level television industry healthy and orderly development.
