【摘要】:近年來(lái)國(guó)家對(duì)出版行業(yè)明確提出了要推進(jìn)出版發(fā)行體制改革,解放發(fā)展新聞出版生產(chǎn)力的目標(biāo),同時(shí)要求抓好集團(tuán)化戰(zhàn)略,指明了以資產(chǎn)為紐帶的企業(yè)集團(tuán)化是調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)現(xiàn)新聞出版業(yè)集約化發(fā)展的主要途徑。到目前為止全國(guó)已成立了二十余家出版集團(tuán)。但隨著各出版集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)的做大,相對(duì)滯后的管理水平和手段卻制約了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。另一方面由于出版企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品本身就是信息,產(chǎn)品信息化在出版企業(yè)的管理信息化中占有很重要的地位。因此與其他行業(yè)相比,出版企業(yè)更應(yīng)引入信息化管理。目前行業(yè)內(nèi)的多家出版集團(tuán)已經(jīng)或正在引入信息管理系統(tǒng),有些企業(yè)已經(jīng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中取得了良好的效果。信息管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)對(duì)于出版企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),是對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行信息化從而擴(kuò)大銷售途徑;通過(guò)管理平臺(tái)對(duì)信息的收集和整理分析,協(xié)助企業(yè)制定戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和經(jīng)營(yíng)策略;通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)管理制度的規(guī)范化提高企業(yè)管理水平的有效手段,同時(shí)也是面對(duì)越來(lái)越嚴(yán)俊的市場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)的必要技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。但信息管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)是一個(gè)投資巨大,建設(shè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)性工程,在實(shí)施過(guò)程和今后的運(yùn)行過(guò)程中面臨著諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。如何確保企業(yè)能夠成功的實(shí)施該信息化管理系統(tǒng),并取得應(yīng)有的效果,是本文研究的主要課題。 首先,本文簡(jiǎn)要概述了信息化管理的發(fā)展歷史和近些年來(lái)我國(guó)企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r;并分析了信息化的發(fā)展對(duì)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生的各種影響以及本文研究的目的和意義;同時(shí)通過(guò)多方調(diào)研對(duì)現(xiàn)階段,出版行業(yè)內(nèi)各出版集團(tuán)的信息管理發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和各出版信息管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)提供商的情況進(jìn)行了解。 其次,,本文主要對(duì)A出版集團(tuán)自身的信息化管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述和分析,對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段需要通過(guò)信息化管理平臺(tái)建設(shè)解決的各種問(wèn)題和今后建設(shè)信息管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)需求進(jìn)行了初步的需求分析。 再次,本文對(duì)今后出版集團(tuán)信息化管理項(xiàng)目的整體規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的探討,包括平臺(tái)建設(shè)的原則,信息化管理平臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu),信息化管理平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和范圍,并初步探討了各子模塊的設(shè)計(jì)思路等。 最后,本文主要研究和分析的是企業(yè)如何運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法保證信息化管理平臺(tái)的成功實(shí)施,包括:在今后的出版管理平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中所采用的實(shí)施方法、實(shí)施步驟和實(shí)施的具體內(nèi)容;為保證項(xiàng)目完成成立的項(xiàng)目組織,和組織的結(jié)構(gòu),以及項(xiàng)目組織的具體工作內(nèi)容;最后研究和分析了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中可能遇到的各風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并為此提出了相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施和解決方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has clearly put forward the goal of promoting the reform of the publishing and distribution system, liberating and developing the productive forces of the press and publishing, at the same time demanding to grasp the strategy of collectivization, pointing out that the enterprise collectivization based on assets is the adjustment of the structure. The main way to realize the intensive development of the press and publication industry. So far, more than 20 publishing groups have been set up nationwide. However, with the development of publishing group industry, the relative lagging management level and means restrict the development of enterprises. On the other hand, because the product of the publishing enterprise itself is information, the product information occupies a very important position in the information management of the publishing enterprise. Therefore, compared with other industries, publishing enterprises should introduce information management. At present, many publishing groups in the industry have introduced or are introducing information management systems, and some enterprises have achieved good results in practical applications. The construction of information management system for the publishing enterprise is to carry on the information to the product to expand the sale way, through the management platform to collect and organize the information, to assist the enterprise to formulate the strategic goal and the management strategy. The effective means to improve the level of enterprise management through the standardization of enterprise management system is also the necessary technical foundation to face the more and more serious market challenges. However, the construction of information management system is a systematic project with huge investment and complex construction, which faces many risks in the process of implementation and operation in the future. How to ensure the successful implementation of the information management system, and achieve due results, is the main topic of this paper. Firstly, this paper briefly outlines the development history of information management and the development of enterprise informatization in China in recent years, and analyzes the impact of the development of information technology on the publishing industry, as well as the purpose and significance of this study. At the same time, through the multi-party investigation, the current situation of the information management development of the publishing industry and the information management platform system providers in the publishing industry are understood. Secondly, this paper mainly describes and analyzes the information management status of A Publishing Group itself. This paper makes a preliminary demand analysis on the problems that enterprises need to solve through the construction of information management platform and the requirements of building the information management platform system in the future. Thirdly, this paper makes a systematic discussion on the overall planning of the information management project of the publishing group in the future, including the principles of platform construction, the structure of the information management platform, the goal and scope of the construction of the information management platform project. The design ideas of each sub-module are discussed. Finally, this paper mainly studies and analyzes how to use the project management method to ensure the successful implementation of the information management platform, including: the implementation method used in the future publishing management platform project implementation process, The implementation steps and the specific contents of the implementation; the organization of the project and the structure of the organization to ensure the completion of the project, as well as the specific work of the project organization; and finally, the study and analysis of the risks that may be encountered in the construction of the project, To this end, the corresponding preventive measures and solutions are put forward.
