【摘要】:出版社人才培養(yǎng)需要根據(jù)崗位不同、級別不同進行針對性培訓,對新員工提出"青苗計劃"、對業(yè)務骨干提出"精鷹計劃",對中層干部提出"接班人計劃",對高層干部提出"火車頭計劃"。出版業(yè)應通過一系列基層、中高層的培訓計劃打造出版行業(yè)領軍人才隊伍。
[Abstract]:Publishing house personnel training needs to be based on different posts, different levels of targeted training, We put forward the "Young Miao Plan" for the new employees, the "Jingying Plan" for the business backbone, the "successor plan" for the middle-level cadres, and the "locomotive plan" for the high-level cadres.
