【摘要】：探索并優(yōu)化新技術(shù)環(huán)境中船舶類期刊集群的知識信息服務(wù)與處理能力。根據(jù)新技術(shù)環(huán)境與知識管理需求,構(gòu)建了新技術(shù)環(huán)境中船舶類期刊集群信息融合服務(wù)模型�；诖祟惸Ｐ�,開發(fā)并實現(xiàn)了船舶信息融合服務(wù)應(yīng)用平臺。應(yīng)用新技術(shù),船舶類期刊集群衍生了較多的信息服務(wù)類產(chǎn)品,提高了船舶類期刊集群的信息融合服務(wù)能力與處理能力,獲得了與用戶共贏的服務(wù)成果。
[Abstract]:To explore and optimize the knowledge information service and processing ability of the marine periodical cluster in the new technology environment. According to the new technology environment and the requirement of knowledge management, the information fusion service model of marine periodical cluster in the new technology environment is constructed. Based on this model, the application platform of ship information fusion service is developed and implemented. With the application of new technology, the ship periodical cluster has derived more information service products, improved the information fusion service ability and processing ability of the ship periodical cluster, and obtained the win-win service results with the users.
