【摘要】：針對(duì)國內(nèi)外期刊對(duì)介紹信的不同要求,本文從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和數(shù)據(jù)庫的發(fā)展提高了編輯初審稿件的能力、中國期刊國際化及與國外期刊競爭、科技期刊應(yīng)該更好地為作者服務(wù)的角度分析了介紹信的作用。對(duì)于功能嚴(yán)重弱化的介紹信機(jī)制,為了節(jié)省編輯和作者的時(shí)間,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏,讓編輯把更多的精力放在提高期刊質(zhì)量和為作者服務(wù)上,中國科技期刊應(yīng)根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況逐步取消投稿介紹信。
[Abstract]:In view of the different requirements of the domestic and foreign periodicals for the letter of introduction, this paper improves the ability of editing manuscripts in the first instance from the development of the Internet and database, the internationalization of Chinese periodicals and the competition with foreign periodicals. The function of the letter of introduction is analyzed from the point of view that sci-tech periodicals should better serve the author. In order to save the time of editors and authors and achieve win-win situation, the editors should pay more attention to improving the quality of periodicals and serving authors. Chinese science and technology periodicals should gradually cancel the letter of introduction according to their own actual situation.
