【摘要】：本文研究了我國(guó)新華書(shū)店逆向物流下的圖書(shū)庫(kù)存優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。我國(guó)逆向物流的庫(kù)存優(yōu)化的理論和實(shí)踐尚處于起步階段,新華書(shū)店逆向物流更是其中一個(gè)值得關(guān)注的研究領(lǐng)域。新華書(shū)店逆向物流,簡(jiǎn)稱圖書(shū)逆向物流,是指新華書(shū)店總店(即新華書(shū)店省店中心)及各新華書(shū)店分店對(duì)破損或者滯銷的圖書(shū)進(jìn)行二次分配或者打漿處理的過(guò)程。新華書(shū)店在全國(guó)有2,700多家總店和分店,其圖書(shū)銷售額約占全國(guó)圖書(shū)銷售總量的60%,已成為國(guó)內(nèi)圖書(shū)銷售的主要渠道。新華書(shū)店總店連接了500余家出版社和數(shù)量很大的新華書(shū)店新華書(shū)店分店,其采購(gòu)計(jì)劃、圖書(shū)的發(fā)貨及退貨管理水平,將極大影響到我國(guó)出版發(fā)行業(yè)的效率。因此,解決新華書(shū)店庫(kù)存難題,提高圖書(shū)逆向物流水平,已是新華書(shū)店面臨的重要任務(wù)之一。 本文在第一章提出了選題的背景和意義,并對(duì)圖書(shū)庫(kù)存的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究；以及逆向物流和集中庫(kù)存管理理論等進(jìn)行了闡述。第二章研究了新華書(shū)店逆向物流下的庫(kù)存特點(diǎn)和問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)分析了新華書(shū)店逆向物流下的庫(kù)存現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題、原因,為后面的章節(jié)做準(zhǔn)備；第三章闡述了新華書(shū)店集中管理庫(kù)存策略,從定性的角度分析新華書(shū)店實(shí)施集中管理庫(kù)存的必要性、過(guò)程、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、實(shí)施后可能產(chǎn)生的績(jī)效。第四章建立了我國(guó)新華書(shū)店集中管理庫(kù)存模型和分散獨(dú)立決策庫(kù)存模型,通過(guò)對(duì)同一算列計(jì)算得出,新華書(shū)店采用集中管理庫(kù)存模式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)新華書(shū)店逆向物流下的庫(kù)存成本降低。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the optimization of book inventory under the reverse logistics of Xinhua Bookstore in China. The theory and practice of inventory optimization of reverse logistics in China is still in its infancy, and reverse logistics of Xinhua Bookstore is one of the research fields worth paying attention to. The reverse logistics of Xinhua Bookstore, referred to as reverse Logistics of Books, refers to the process of secondary distribution or pulping of damaged or unsalable books in Xinhua Bookstore General Store (namely, Xinhua Bookstore Provincial Store Center) and branches of Xinhua Bookstore. Xinhua Bookstore has more than 2700 stores and branches in China, and its book sales account for about 60% of the total volume of book sales in China, which has become the main channel for domestic book sales. More than 500 publishing houses and a large number of Xinhua Bookstore branches are connected to Xinhua Bookstore General Store. Its purchasing plan, book delivery and return management level will greatly affect the efficiency of the publishing and distribution industry in China. Therefore, to solve the inventory problem of Xinhua Bookstore, improve the reverse logistics level, has been an important Ren Wuzhi facing Xinhua Bookstore. In the first chapter, this paper puts forward the background and significance of the topic, and studies the current situation of book inventory at home and abroad, as well as reverse logistics and centralized inventory management theory. The second chapter studies the inventory characteristics and problems under the reverse logistics of Xinhua Bookstore, focusing on the analysis of the inventory status, problems and reasons under the reverse logistics of Xinhua Bookstore, in order to prepare for the later chapters; The third chapter expounds the strategy of centralized inventory management in Xinhua Bookstore, and analyzes the necessity, process, risk control and possible performance of centralized inventory management in Xinhua Bookstore from a qualitative point of view. The fourth chapter establishes the centralized management inventory model and decentralized independent decision-making inventory model of Xinhua Bookstore in China. The inventory cost of Xinhua Bookstore under reverse logistics can be reduced by adopting centralized inventory management mode.
