圖書產(chǎn)品商業(yè)模式關(guān)鍵成功因素研究

【摘要】: 隨著社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步完善,我國出版業(yè)市場化程度不斷加深,面對市場機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),我國圖書出版商都在努力實(shí)現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)出版向現(xiàn)代出版轉(zhuǎn)變,原來的國有出版企業(yè)紛紛實(shí)行體制改革,優(yōu)化原有的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)由事業(yè)單位向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制的轉(zhuǎn)變。經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展,雖然已取得一些成果,但是舊的企業(yè)經(jīng)營運(yùn)作模式仍然制約著圖書出版企業(yè)的發(fā)展,突出表現(xiàn)為忽視企業(yè)經(jīng)營的整體性和系統(tǒng)性,資源配置效率較低,規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不明顯,與國外成熟的圖書經(jīng)營企業(yè)相比,市場競爭力不足。面對來自國內(nèi)外圖書市場的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),我國圖書出版企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)努力進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式變革,通過重新設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)秀的、適應(yīng)發(fā)展趨勢的商業(yè)模式去尋找圖書出版的藍(lán)海。 本文在大量文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工作實(shí)踐從圖書出版商的角度,對我國圖書產(chǎn)品特性和圖書市場現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,對圖書產(chǎn)品商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行描述,并通過文獻(xiàn)回顧、調(diào)研、對比分析等方法探尋和驗(yàn)證圖書產(chǎn)品商業(yè)模式的關(guān)鍵成功因素,建立適應(yīng)圖書產(chǎn)品特性演變的商業(yè)模式關(guān)鍵成功因素分析模型,并結(jié)合我國圖書出版企業(yè)的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀和問題,就我國圖書出版企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新提出了對策和建議。 研究成果為我國圖書出版企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的設(shè)計(jì)和探索提供了思路,找到適應(yīng)圖書產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)模式能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)圖書出版社會(huì)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最佳結(jié)合。通過對企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的研究,有助于我們將企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略從這些傳統(tǒng)視角轉(zhuǎn)向重視企業(yè)經(jīng)營組成中的各部分之間的聯(lián)系,轉(zhuǎn)向重視經(jīng)營活動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性上面。幫助圖書出版企業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)已有商業(yè)模式中存在的問題,挖掘利潤空間,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,增強(qiáng)我國出版企業(yè)的市場競爭力,對于我國圖書企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the degree of marketization of the publishing industry in our country is deepening. In the face of the market opportunities and challenges, the book publishers in our country are striving to realize the transition from traditional publishing to modern publishing. The original state-owned publishing enterprises have implemented system reform, optimized the original internal structure, and realized the transformation from public institution to modern enterprise system. After years of development, although some achievements have been made, the old business operation mode still restricts the development of the book publishing enterprises, which is shown by neglecting the integrity and systematization of the enterprise management, and the low efficiency of resource allocation. The scale economic benefit is not obvious, compared with the foreign mature book management enterprise, the market competition ability is insufficient. In the face of the pressure and challenge from domestic and foreign book market, the book publishing enterprises of our country should make great efforts to reform the business model and find the blue sea of book publishing by redesigning the excellent business model that adapts to the development trend. On the basis of a large number of literature studies and from the perspective of book publishers, this paper makes a deep analysis of the characteristics of book products and the present situation of book market in China, describes the business model of book products, and reviews the literature. Research, comparative analysis and other methods to explore and verify the key success factors of the business model of book products, to establish a business model to adapt to the evolution of the characteristics of book products key success factors analysis model, Combined with the management status and problems of Chinese book publishing enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the innovation of the business model of our country's book publishing enterprises. The research results provide the train of thought for the design and exploration of the commercial model of the book publishing enterprises in our country, and find out the best combination of the social and economic benefits of the book publishing to find the commercial model suitable for the book products. Through the study of the business model of enterprises, it is helpful for us to change the competitive strategy of enterprises from these traditional perspectives to attach importance to the relationship between the various parts of the enterprise's business composition and to the integrity of the structure of business activities. To help book publishing enterprises to find out the problems existing in existing business models, to excavate profit space, to improve economic benefits, and to enhance the market competitiveness of Chinese publishing enterprises are of certain significance for the innovation of business models of Chinese book enterprises.
