基于供應(yīng)鏈的圖書出版管理系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】: 全球化信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)和全球化市場的形成及技術(shù)變革的加速,使得供應(yīng)鏈的管理思想隨之產(chǎn)生。隨著企業(yè)信息化管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,供應(yīng)鏈管理作為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)整個商業(yè)流程優(yōu)化的一個平臺,已經(jīng)被逐漸應(yīng)用到各大企業(yè)中。由于供應(yīng)鏈本身所具有的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)特征,及供應(yīng)鏈外部環(huán)境和供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)的主觀因素影響,導(dǎo)致了供應(yīng)鏈中牛鞭效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生。從供應(yīng)鏈的需求源到供應(yīng)源,需求信息經(jīng)過層層節(jié)點企業(yè)的傳遞,最終供應(yīng)源收到的需求信息就是一個被逐級放大的、具有明顯偏差的信息。 通過對牛鞭效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生原因的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在供應(yīng)鏈中進(jìn)行信息共享是降低牛鞭效應(yīng)的有效方法。信息共享不僅能提高供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行的效率,減小信息誤差,而且能夠降低供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行的成本,提高整個供應(yīng)鏈的收益,進(jìn)而提高各節(jié)點企業(yè)的收益。 圖書出版行業(yè)是一個傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),由于我國圖書出版產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的信息化起步較晚,且供應(yīng)鏈上的各節(jié)點企業(yè)一般只為自身利益考慮,使得圖書出版行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理存在很多問題,不但供求脫節(jié),而且供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性較差,不利于管理。圖書出版行業(yè)的逆向物流現(xiàn)象也非常嚴(yán)重,所有這些都阻礙了我國圖書出版業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此圖書出版業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理勢在必行。 結(jié)合我國圖書出版業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展及供應(yīng)鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國外圖書出版行業(yè)先進(jìn)的供應(yīng)鏈管理思想。本課題針對KX出版社的圖書出版管理流程,構(gòu)建了以KX出版社為核心企業(yè)的圖書出版管理的供應(yīng)鏈模型。 針對KX出版社的圖書出版管理業(yè)務(wù),建立一個與之相適應(yīng)的管理信息系統(tǒng)是加強(qiáng)KX出版社同其分銷機(jī)構(gòu)之間以及KX出版社內(nèi)部各部門之間的信息交換與共享,降低牛鞭效應(yīng)影響的行之有效的解決方案。因此,本課題在基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析設(shè)計了適于KX出版社發(fā)展需要的圖書出版管理系統(tǒng)。 圖書出版管理系統(tǒng)是在對KX出版社原有龍版系統(tǒng)的缺陷進(jìn)行改造的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建的。該系統(tǒng)主要包括編務(wù)子系統(tǒng)、銷售子系統(tǒng)、庫存子系統(tǒng)和退貨子系統(tǒng)四個子系統(tǒng)。本課題采用了面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒▽D書出版管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,采用UML活動圖對包括圖書選題、圖書印數(shù)的制定、宣傳方案的制定、重印計劃的制定等業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了分析,并基于UML用例圖對圖書出版管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了用例建模。 本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計充分考慮了出版社內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)流程的精簡,使各部門之間的工作緊密銜接。每個子系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計都是嚴(yán)格按照部門工作的流程來設(shè)計的。從圖書的選題申報開始到圖書的印刷銷售再到可能出現(xiàn)的圖書退貨,這些流程的設(shè)計都體現(xiàn)了部門之間工作合作的緊密性。同時各部門之間的信息共享消減了一些不必要的工作流程,不但提高了工作效率,也節(jié)省了成本。 為了保證系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的安全可靠,系統(tǒng)采用了兩級驗證措施。首先通過對用戶進(jìn)行身份驗證保證只有合法用戶才能使用本系統(tǒng)。然后為不同的用戶分配了不同的操作權(quán)限,用戶登錄系統(tǒng)后只能在自己權(quán)限允許的范圍內(nèi)才能進(jìn)行信息的添加、修改、刪除等工作。 圖書出版管理系統(tǒng)是緊密結(jié)合KX出版社的業(yè)務(wù)需要進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計的。其實施必將能提高出版社各部門的工作效率,促進(jìn)其信息化管理的發(fā)展和業(yè)務(wù)流程的改造。從一定程度上減少供應(yīng)鏈中牛鞭效應(yīng)的不利影響,為供應(yīng)鏈上的各節(jié)點企業(yè)帶來更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。工作效率和工作質(zhì)量的提高也將改善出版社和其分銷機(jī)構(gòu)的合作關(guān)系,提高出版社的合作信譽(yù),也提高了出版社在讀者心目中的地位,進(jìn)而大大增強(qiáng)了其社會影響力。 本課題的研究可以為圖書出版行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理帶來一定的借鑒參考作用,對推動出版社的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造乃至結(jié)構(gòu)重構(gòu)也具有一定的理論和實際意義。
[Abstract]:The formation of the globalization information network and the globalization of the market and the acceleration of technological change make the management thought of the supply chain come into being. With the enterprise information management, the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the supply chain management, as a platform for the enterprise to realize the optimization of the whole business process, has been gradually applied to the large enterprises. The system structure features of the supply chain itself, the external environment of the supply chain and the subjective factors of the supply chain node lead to the production of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain. From the source of the supply chain to the supply source, the demand information passes through the layer node enterprise, and the demand information received by the supply source is one by one. A grade of information with obvious deviations.
Through the analysis of the causes of the bullwhip effect, it is found that information sharing in the supply chain is an effective way to reduce the bullwhip effect. Information sharing can not only improve the efficiency of the supply chain operation, reduce the information error, but also reduce the cost of the supply chain operation, improve the revenue of the whole supply chain, and then improve the income of each node enterprise. Benefit.
The book publishing industry is a traditional industry. Because the information technology of the supply chain of the book publishing industry in China starts late, and the various node enterprises in the supply chain are generally only considered for their own interests, there are many problems in the supply chain management of the book publishing industry, which not only disjoins supply and demand, but also the stability of the supply chain is poor, which is not conducive to management. The reverse logistics in the book and publishing industry is also very serious, all of which have hindered the development of the book publishing industry in China. Therefore, the supply chain management of the book publishing industry is imperative.
In view of the development of the supply chain and the current situation of supply chain management in China's book publishing industry, we use the advanced supply chain management ideas of foreign books and publishing industries for reference. This topic aims at the book publishing management process of KX publishing house, and constructs a supply chain model of book publishing management with KX publishing house as the core enterprise.
In view of the book publishing management business of KX publishing house, the establishment of a management information system adapted to it is an effective solution to enhance the exchange and sharing of information between KX press and its distribution institutions and the internal departments of KX publishing house, and reduce the influence of the bullwhip effect. On the basis of the analysis, a book publishing management system suitable for the development of KX publishing house is designed.
The book publishing management system is built on the basis of reforming the defects of the original dragon edition system of KX publishing house. The system mainly includes four subsystems, which are the sub system, the sales subsystem, the inventory subsystem and the return subsystem. The object oriented method is used to systematically analyze the book publishing management system. The UML activity diagram is used to analyze the business processes including the selection of books, the formulation of books, the formulation of the publicity plan, the formulation of the reprint plan, and the use case modeling of the book publishing management system based on the use case diagram of UML.
The design of this system fully considers the streamlining of the internal business process in the publishing house, and makes the work of various departments close together. The function design of each subsystem is designed strictly according to the process of department work. From the application of the book selection to the book's printing sales to the possible return of the books, these processes are set up. It also reflects the tightness of work cooperation between departments. At the same time, information sharing between departments has reduced some unnecessary working processes, which not only improves work efficiency, but also saves cost.
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, the system adopts two level verification measures. First, the system is used to ensure that only legitimate users can use this system by authenticate users. Then different users are assigned different operating privileges, and the user can only add information within the scope allowed by their own rights after logging in. Add, modify, delete, and so on.
The book publishing management system is closely integrated with the business needs of KX publishing house. In fact, it will be able to improve the work efficiency of the various departments of the publishing house, promote the development of its information management and the transformation of the business process. To a certain extent, reduce the adverse effects of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, for each node in the supply chain. The increase in work efficiency and quality of work will also improve the cooperative relationship between the publishing house and its distribution institutions, improve the reputation of the publishing house and enhance the position of the publisher in the reader's mind, and thus greatly enhance its social influence.
The research of this topic can provide some reference for the supply chain management of the book publishing industry. It also has a certain theoretical and practical significance to promote the business process reengineering and even the restructuring of the publishing house.
