安徽出版集團數(shù)字出版戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在推動人類歷史發(fā)展的進程中,傳統(tǒng)的出版形式曾經(jīng)擁有相當長時間的輝煌,直到今天,它們也還在發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。隨著計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為代表的信息時代的來臨,廣大讀者和用戶固然可以體會到紙質(zhì)出版物信息資源還一如既往地努力發(fā)揮著作用,但是不得不對新時代崛起的“新星”刮目相看:數(shù)字出版物已經(jīng)開始放射出日益耀眼的光輝。數(shù)字出版在全球范圍內(nèi)掀起的狂潮,讓中國出版業(yè)看到了數(shù)字出版所帶來的巨大革新,也看到了背后所蘊藏的巨額利潤。傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)向數(shù)字出版業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型已經(jīng)是大勢所趨。越來越多的企業(yè)、部門和組織跨入了數(shù)字出版領(lǐng)域,各個省的出版集團也積極地向數(shù)字出版領(lǐng)域進軍。 安徽出版集團作為安徽省內(nèi)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),在傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)向數(shù)字出版轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,暴露出一定的問題,主要表現(xiàn)為:集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略失誤,沒有給予數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)足夠的重視;集團沒有設(shè)置相應的整合集團資源的專門機構(gòu);缺乏復合型的數(shù)字出版人才再加上電信等運營商的壟斷導致集團發(fā)展數(shù)字出版進程緩慢。 安徽出版集團向數(shù)字出版成功轉(zhuǎn)型,不僅能夠直接帶動安徽省經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,還能夠促進本省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮。本文通過對安徽數(shù)字出版集團的出版業(yè)務(wù)的分析,并在借鑒國內(nèi)外著名出版集團的成功經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對安徽出版集團數(shù)字出版的戰(zhàn)略進行研究。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the development of human history, the traditional publishing forms once had a long time of brilliance, until today, they are also playing an extremely important role. With the advent of the information age represented by the computer network technology, the vast number of readers and users can certainly realize that the information resources of paper publications are still playing an important role as always. But the rising star of the new era has to be impressed: digital publications are beginning to shine. The worldwide frenzy of digital publishing has made the Chinese publishing industry see the great innovation brought by digital publishing and the huge profits behind it. The transformation from traditional publishing industry to digital publishing industry is the trend of the times. More and more enterprises, departments and organizations have stepped into the field of digital publishing. Anhui Publishing Group, as the leading enterprise of cultural industry in Anhui Province, exposed some problems in the process of transition from traditional publishing industry to digital publishing industry. Not enough attention has been paid to the digital publishing business; the group has not set up the corresponding specialized organization to integrate the resources of the group; the lack of complex digital publishing talents and the monopoly of telecom and other operators have led to the slow development of digital publishing in the group. The successful transformation of Anhui Publishing Group to digital publishing can not only directly promote the economic development of Anhui Province, but also promote the prosperity of the province's cultural industry. Based on the analysis of the publishing business of Anhui Digital Publishing Group and the successful experience of famous publishing groups at home and abroad, this paper studies the strategy of Anhui Digital Publishing Group.
