轉(zhuǎn)型背景下中國大學(xué)出版社學(xué)術(shù)出版的困境和出路研究

【摘要】: 學(xué)術(shù)出版是對人類文化研究成果進行保存和傳播的重要途徑。在文化建設(shè)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在中國,大學(xué)出版社成立伊始就肩負(fù)著學(xué)術(shù)出版的重任。學(xué)術(shù)出版是大學(xué)出版社的宗旨所在,更是其義不容辭的責(zé)任。近年來,國家對文化建設(shè)高度重視,在增強文化軟實力的號召下,學(xué)術(shù)出版開始逐漸被關(guān)注和重視。但是,大學(xué)出版社的學(xué)術(shù)出版,無論從數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量上來看,與其應(yīng)該達到的水平都有著相當(dāng)?shù)牟罹。所以對大學(xué)出版社學(xué)術(shù)出版進行專門的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其規(guī)律并為其未來的發(fā)展指出新的方向具有重要意義和必要性。 出版界的體制轉(zhuǎn)型和業(yè)態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型為新時期大學(xué)出版社的學(xué)術(shù)出版提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)也提供了新的契機。出版社體制轉(zhuǎn)型后將成為獨立的市場主體,擺脫了舊有體制的約束,為學(xué)術(shù)出版探索新的發(fā)展形式提供了可能;數(shù)字化出版仰仗著“個性化服務(wù)”和“大規(guī)模定制”正在改變著傳統(tǒng)出版的業(yè)態(tài),同時,學(xué)術(shù)圖書“讀者面窄、需求分散”的特性使其比較適合數(shù)字化,所以數(shù)字化又為中國大學(xué)出版社學(xué)術(shù)出版探索贏利模式提供了可能。 在闡述“轉(zhuǎn)型”對大學(xué)出版社現(xiàn)實影響的基礎(chǔ)上,提出大學(xué)出版社學(xué)術(shù)出版可持續(xù)發(fā)展的具體策略,這對大學(xué)出版社堅守其文化使命,在文化建設(shè)中做出重要貢獻具有積極的推動意義。大學(xué)出版社學(xué)術(shù)出版可持續(xù)發(fā)展的具體策略包括外部政策環(huán)境的完善、內(nèi)部運營環(huán)境的優(yōu)化以及學(xué)術(shù)出版本身可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式的構(gòu)建。最終的歸宿點在于為大學(xué)出版社在堅持學(xué)術(shù)出版使命的前提下獲得經(jīng)濟、社會雙效益提供一條新的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:Academic publishing is an important way to preserve and disseminate the achievements of human culture research. In the cultural construction plays a vital role. In China, University Press was shouldering the important task of academic publishing from the beginning of its establishment. Academic publishing is the tenet of university publishing house, and it is also its duty. In recent years, the country attaches great importance to the cultural construction, and under the call of strengthening the soft power of culture, academic publishing has gradually been paid attention to. However, academic publishing of university publishing houses, both in quantity and quality, is far from what it should be. Therefore, it is of great significance and necessity to study the academic publishing of university press, find out its law and point out a new direction for its future development. The institutional transformation of publishing industry and the transformation of business form have brought forward new challenges and new opportunities for academic publishing of university press in the new era. After the transformation of publishing house system, it will become an independent market subject, get rid of the constraints of the old system, and provide the possibility for academic publishing to explore new forms of development. Digital publishing relies on "personalized service" and "mass customization" to change the traditional publishing format. At the same time, academic books' characteristics of "narrow readers and scattered demand" make them more suitable for digitization. So the digitization also provides the possibility for the academic publishing of Chinese University Press to explore the profit model. On the basis of expounding the influence of "transformation" on the reality of university publishing house, this paper puts forward the concrete strategy of sustainable development of academic publishing of university press, which holds its cultural mission to university publishing house. Making important contributions to cultural construction has positive significance. The specific strategies for the sustainable development of academic publishing in university publishing houses include the perfection of external policy environment, the optimization of internal operating environment and the construction of sustainable development model of academic publishing itself. The ultimate destination is to provide a new development path for university press to obtain economic and social benefits under the premise of adhering to the mission of academic publishing.
