【摘要】：當(dāng)前,集群化發(fā)展是科技期刊發(fā)展的必由之路;而打造專業(yè)期刊集群,為行業(yè)服務(wù),進(jìn)而引領(lǐng)學(xué)科發(fā)展則是建立科技期刊集群的最終目的。首先,介紹航空期刊集群的概況與優(yōu)勢(shì);其次,討論如何通過專業(yè)期刊集群的建立,搭建產(chǎn)學(xué)研交流平臺(tái),促進(jìn)成果向生產(chǎn)力的轉(zhuǎn)化,如何通過專業(yè)網(wǎng)站的建立實(shí)現(xiàn)為科研人員、讀者、投稿者及集群期刊的服務(wù)。最后,指出專業(yè)期刊集群發(fā)展的瓶頸,期刊主管部門應(yīng)給予政策與經(jīng)費(fèi)上的支持,方可保證我國(guó)集群建設(shè)工作的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, cluster development is the only way for the development of sci-tech periodicals, and the ultimate goal of establishing sci-tech periodicals cluster is to build a professional periodical cluster, to serve the industry and to lead the development of science and technology periodicals. First of all, it introduces the general situation and advantages of aviation periodical cluster. Secondly, it discusses how to set up the communication platform of industry, university and research through the establishment of specialized periodical cluster to promote the transformation of achievements to productivity. How to realize the service of researchers, readers, contributors and clustered periodicals through the establishment of professional websites. Finally, the author points out the bottleneck of the development of professional periodical cluster, and the competent department of periodicals should give policy and financial support to ensure the further development of cluster construction in China.
