【摘要】：網絡的不斷發(fā)展使得媒體內容的復制、發(fā)布變得極為容易,互聯(lián)網成了網絡侵權的集中場所,對傳統(tǒng)的版權法律提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。文章以網絡環(huán)境下數(shù)字新媒體保護制度為切入點,分析數(shù)字新媒體對版權保護領域提出的挑戰(zhàn),提出數(shù)字新媒體版權管理的法律法規(guī)建設思路,以期為數(shù)字新媒體的版權保護提供相應的理論支持和政策建議。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of the network makes the reproduction and distribution of media content extremely easy. The Internet has become a centralized place for network infringement, which poses a new challenge to the traditional copyright law. Based on the digital new media protection system under the network environment, this paper analyzes the challenges posed by the digital new media to the field of copyright protection, and puts forward the ideas for the construction of the laws and regulations for the copyright management of the new digital media. In order to provide corresponding theoretical support and policy recommendations for the copyright protection of digital new media.
