【摘要】：正黨的十八屆五中全會提出,今后5年是奪取全面建成小康社會的決勝階段,是實現(xiàn)第一個百年奮斗目標的沖刺階段。中國出版協(xié)會科技工作委員會(以下簡稱"科工委")在2005年末召集科技出版社社長、總編,共同總結(jié)2015年、謀劃2016年的科技出版工作,非常有必要,關(guān)系到2016年科技類出版社能否做好繼續(xù)深化改革、加快出版轉(zhuǎn)型升級、努力堅持社會效益第一和實現(xiàn)"兩個效益"相統(tǒng)一的重點工作,能否為"十三五"開好局、起好
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward that the next five years will be the decisive stage to win and build a well-off society in an all-round way and a sprint stage to achieve the goal of the first hundred years of struggle.The Science and Technology work Committee of the China Publishing Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission of Science and Industry") convened the head of the science and technology publishing house at the end of 2005, the editor-in-chief, to sum up the work of science and technology publishing in 2015 and to plan for the scientific and technological publishing work in 2016.It concerns whether the science and technology publishing houses can continue to deepen the reform, speed up the publishing transformation and upgrade, strive to adhere to the key work of "social benefits first" and realize the unity of "two benefits", and whether or not they can do a good job for the 13th Five-Year Plan.
