我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的影響因素及動(dòng)力機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:基于出版業(yè)具有很強(qiáng)的意識(shí)形態(tài)屬性,直到上世紀(jì)末期,我國(guó)政府還依然將出版機(jī)構(gòu)納入事業(yè)單位進(jìn)行管理。但隨著改革開放的不斷深入,出版業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性逐漸凸顯,1999年我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)化進(jìn)程開始啟動(dòng)。在集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的近二十年時(shí)間里,在轉(zhuǎn)企改制和上市融資等的政策支持下,出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)化進(jìn)程加速發(fā)展,集團(tuán)數(shù)量和規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,資產(chǎn)總額、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)收入及利潤(rùn)總額均呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),傳統(tǒng)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)正在向數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。本文運(yùn)用公共管理學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、組織行為學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等學(xué)科基本理論和方法,對(duì)我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的歷史沿革、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、影響因素及動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)深入的研究。本文將自1992年以來我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展分為嘗試聯(lián)合、探索組建、轉(zhuǎn)企改制和掛牌上市等四個(gè)階段;基于PEST產(chǎn)業(yè)宏觀分析法,指出影響我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)的外部因素主要包括相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、社會(huì)環(huán)境因素及技術(shù)環(huán)境因素等;基于多元線性回歸分析法,選取典型集團(tuán),對(duì)影響我國(guó)上市出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)收入水平的內(nèi)部因素進(jìn)行定量分析,結(jié)果表明,多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)程度、總資產(chǎn)收益率及研發(fā)支出是影響其收入水平的主要因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,動(dòng)態(tài)分析了我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,指出在組織、人才、資金的條件保障下,政府推力、市場(chǎng)拉力及集團(tuán)自身動(dòng)力構(gòu)成了出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制。論文創(chuàng)新之處在于:運(yùn)用多元線性回歸分析法對(duì)影響我國(guó)上市出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)收入水平的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,得出我國(guó)未上市出版產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)應(yīng)該在完善編印發(fā)主業(yè)地位的同時(shí),不斷提高多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)程度,加強(qiáng)集團(tuán)盈利能力,加大技術(shù)投入和研發(fā)支出,以維持集團(tuán)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The publishing industry has a strong ideological attribute, until the end of the last century, our government still still put publishing institutions into the management of institutions.However, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the publishing industry has gradually become more and more important. In 1999, the process of publishing industry collectivization in our country began to start.In the past 20 years of the development of collectivization, with the support of the policies of transforming enterprises into enterprises and listing and financing, the process of collectivization of the publishing industry has been accelerated, the number and scale of groups have been continuously expanded, and the total assets have been increased.The revenue and total profit of the main business are on the rise, and the traditional publishing industry is transforming to the digital publishing industry.This paper applies the basic theories and methods of public management, industrial economics, organizational behavior, sociology and so on, to the historical evolution and present situation of the development of publishing industry groups in China.The influencing factors and dynamic mechanism are studied systematically and deeply.This paper divides the development of Chinese publishing industry groups since 1992 into four stages: try to unite, explore how to set up, transform enterprises into enterprises and go public on the market, based on the macro analysis of PEST industry.It is pointed out that the external factors that affect the publishing industry group mainly include the related industrial policy, the level of economic development, the social environmental factor and the technical environmental factor, etc. Based on the multivariate linear regression analysis, the typical group is selected.The internal factors affecting the income level of listed publishing industry groups in China are quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the degree of diversification, the return on total assets and the expenditure on R & D are the main factors affecting the income level of listed publishing industry groups in China.On this basis, the dynamic analysis of the dynamic mechanism of the development of the publishing industry group in China is made. It is pointed out that under the conditions of organization, talent and capital, the government will push the development of the publishing industry group.Market pull and group's own motive force constitute the motive mechanism of publishing industry group's development.The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that the factors affecting the income level of listed publishing industry groups in China are empirically studied by using multiple linear regression analysis, and it is concluded that the unlisted publishing industry groups in China should improve the status of the main publishing industry while perfecting the status of publishing and publishing.To maintain the sustainable development of the group, we should continuously improve the degree of diversification, strengthen the profitability of the group, increase technical investment and R & D expenditure.
