【摘要】：移動互聯(lián)時代,實體書店需要重新定位:改變營運管理模式,重構(gòu)文化空間屬性,回歸文化消費本源,延展客戶價值,從而獲得經(jīng)營價值。改進(jìn)實體書店營運管理策略的唯一選擇就是:利用移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),營造構(gòu)建文化社交空間,挖掘文化時空價值的營運管理模式,搭建移動文化消費場景,并在條件成熟后,采取穩(wěn)健的步驟逐步實施,成為專業(yè)經(jīng)營和多元贏利的"書店品牌"。
