【摘要】：為避免擬改造或新創(chuàng)辦英文科技期刊國際化發(fā)展過程中走入歧途,分析《國際煤炭科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)報》(英文)在變更刊名、組建編委會及選擇國際合作出版平臺等方面走過的彎路,總結(jié)在推行專家辦刊模式、引進(jìn)客座主編機(jī)制、設(shè)立海外編輯分部、聘任海外助理編輯、創(chuàng)新傳播推廣渠道等方面的成功經(jīng)驗。認(rèn)為辦刊是一項系統(tǒng)工程,沒有捷徑,失敗的教訓(xùn)和成功的經(jīng)驗只是讓期刊在前進(jìn)的路上少走彎路,一步一個腳印,按照既定的辦刊方向和目標(biāo)堅定不移地走下去,才是正確的辦刊之道。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the proposed transformation or newly founded English journals of science and technology in the internationalization process to go astray, "analysis of International Journal of coal science and Technology (English) in the change of >, the formation of editorial board and selection of international cooperation and other aspects of publishing platform detours, summed up in the implementation of expert publishing mode, the introduction of guest editor mechanism, the establishment of overseas branch editor overseas, the appointment of assistant editors, the successful experience of innovative communication channels and promotion. That publication is a system engineering, there are no shortcuts, lessons and successful experiences just make the periodical detours along the way, step by step, according to the direction and goals unswervingly, only is the right way.
