【摘要】:企業(yè)內(nèi)刊是宣揚(yáng)企業(yè)歷史和發(fā)展的基本窗口,是溝通企業(yè)和員工關(guān)系的柔性紐帶,是創(chuàng)建企業(yè)和社會(huì)公眾關(guān)系的堅(jiān)實(shí)橋梁,也是展現(xiàn)企業(yè)個(gè)體形象的完整舞臺(tái)。作為企業(yè)文化、企業(yè)公共關(guān)系、企業(yè)品牌、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的積極實(shí)踐者,它為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造出不可估量的無(wú)形價(jià)值,是企業(yè)價(jià)值增值的有效資源,是企業(yè)新經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的增長(zhǎng)性因素。本文從企業(yè)內(nèi)刊動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),全面而丌放地闡述了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的內(nèi)涵與外延,以及內(nèi)刊發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)與功能,嘗試性地提出了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊有著的更為深厚的傳播空間和潛力,建設(shè)性地論述了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊在實(shí)現(xiàn)其本體價(jià)值和拓展性價(jià)值上的種種可能及策略。 本文在緒論部分簡(jiǎn)單介紹了選題的研究背景、目的、意義和方法,并通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的梳理,提示出企業(yè)內(nèi)刊價(jià)值研究的必要性和具體方向。正文部分包括四個(gè)章節(jié),第一章動(dòng)態(tài)地呈現(xiàn)了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的系統(tǒng)概念、表現(xiàn)形式及國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展情況,對(duì)內(nèi)刊有了比較現(xiàn)實(shí)的認(rèn)識(shí)。第二章重點(diǎn)分析了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的獨(dú)特性、功能及影響性因素,三部分內(nèi)容共同凸顯了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的價(jià)值與意義。第三章和第四章是本文的核心內(nèi)容,詳細(xì)闡釋了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程和創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐的新途徑。其中,第三章是從企業(yè)內(nèi)刊實(shí)現(xiàn)自身可讀性上開(kāi)始展丌論述的。企業(yè)內(nèi)刊有著天然的社會(huì)人文深度與指導(dǎo)性,要獨(dú)立運(yùn)作好傳播實(shí)務(wù),提升其本體的品質(zhì);第四章是專注于企業(yè)內(nèi)刊新價(jià)值的探索。借助積極思考以及一些國(guó)內(nèi)外的案例解析,從中促使我們更深入地挖掘企業(yè)及企業(yè)內(nèi)刊中的一些核心資源和新資源,積極傳播,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)刊的個(gè)性品牌價(jià)值。結(jié)論更是將企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的未來(lái)發(fā)展和方向歸結(jié)為內(nèi)刊內(nèi)含的四個(gè)品質(zhì)。 企業(yè)內(nèi)刊在企業(yè)發(fā)展中具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)刊傳播影響力和提升內(nèi)刊品牌力,是順利進(jìn)行企業(yè)內(nèi)刊研究與實(shí)踐的題中之義,企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的潛在價(jià)值和意義是它本身獲得提升的重要因素。因此,相關(guān)部門應(yīng)予以高度重視,對(duì)其進(jìn)行科學(xué)引導(dǎo)和支持。
[Abstract]:The internal publication of the enterprise is the basic window to propagate the history and development of the enterprise, the flexible link to communicate the relationship between the enterprise and the employees, the solid bridge to establish the relationship between the enterprise and the public, and the complete stage to show the individual image of the enterprise. The active practitioners of corporate public relations, enterprise brands, and enterprise management, which create inestimable intangible value for the enterprise, are effective resources for increasing the value of the enterprise. It is the growth factor in the development of enterprise's new economy. From the angle of the dynamic development of the enterprise internal journal, this paper expounds the connotation and extension of the enterprise internal journal, as well as the characteristics and functions of the internal publication development. This paper tries to put forward the more profound communication space and potential of the enterprise internal journal, and discusses constructively the various possibilities and strategies of the enterprise internal journal in realizing its ontology value and expanding value. In the introduction part, this paper briefly introduces the research background, purpose, significance and methods of the selected topic, and through combing the current research situation at home and abroad, points out the necessity and specific direction of the research on the value of the enterprise internal journal. The first chapter presents the system concept, the manifestation and the domestic and international development of the enterprise internal publication dynamically, and has a realistic understanding of the internal publication. Chapter two focuses on the analysis of the uniqueness, function and influencing factors of the enterprise internal journal. The third and fourth chapters are the core contents of this paper, which explain in detail the process of value realization and the new ways of innovation practice. The third chapter is from the realization of the readability of the internal publication of the enterprise. The internal publication of the enterprise has the natural social and humanistic depth and guidance, so it should operate independently and improve the quality of the internal publication. The fourth chapter focuses on the exploration of the new value of the enterprise magazine. With the help of positive thinking and some domestic and foreign case analysis, it urges us to dig into some core resources and new resources in the enterprise and enterprise journals more deeply, and spread them actively. The conclusion is that the future development and direction of the internal journals can be attributed to the four qualities contained in the internal journals. Enterprise internal publication has far-reaching significance in the development of enterprise. It is the meaning of carrying out the research and practice of enterprise internal journal to realize the influence of internal publication dissemination and promote the brand power of internal publication. The potential value and significance of the internal publication is an important factor for it to be promoted. Therefore, the relevant departments should attach great importance to it and give scientific guidance and support to it.
