【摘要】:自文化體制改革以來,出版集團(tuán)的經(jīng)濟(jì)屬性受到越來越多的關(guān)注,沐浴著改革春風(fēng)的中國出版業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出嶄新面貌。在新世紀(jì)頭10年的改制轉(zhuǎn)企過程中,安徽出版集團(tuán)、江西出版集團(tuán)、湖南出版控股集團(tuán)走到了出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的前列,從集團(tuán)化到上市熱,經(jīng)過了10年飛躍式發(fā)展的中部三省出版集團(tuán)從資產(chǎn)、’產(chǎn)值、利潤上都得到成倍的增長,隨著上市熱潮的逐漸逝去,取而代之的是如何經(jīng)營好出版集團(tuán)。 面對入世后,我國出版業(yè)逐步向境外資本開放圖書策劃與印刷業(yè)務(wù)激烈競爭,以及信息時代數(shù)字媒體對傳統(tǒng)出版市場一步步吞噬的雙重壓力下,趨于飽和的出版市場,已經(jīng)很難滿足各集團(tuán)做大做強(qiáng)的理念。在這種內(nèi)外交錯的環(huán)境下,中部三省出版集團(tuán)競相選擇了以多元化經(jīng)營,來改變單一經(jīng)營模式,打造范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營收益,以此抗衡國際傳媒集團(tuán)。而反觀國際出版?zhèn)髅劫Y本的發(fā)展之路,也是一部漫長的多元化經(jīng)營史,事實也證明多元化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略能夠為企業(yè)迅速做大產(chǎn)業(yè)、擴(kuò)充資本起到顯著的作用。那么怎樣結(jié)合各集團(tuán)的優(yōu)勢來開展多元化經(jīng)營,防止盲目投入是各出版集團(tuán)值得思考的問題。 本文從我國出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景,以及中部三省出版集團(tuán)的成立背景、多元化經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對各集團(tuán)出版主業(yè)、相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)、非相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行縱向比較研究,認(rèn)為適度的多元化經(jīng)營對于出版集團(tuán)發(fā)揮自身核心優(yōu)勢,規(guī)避單一經(jīng)營所帶來的風(fēng)險有顯著的效果。同時本文對中部三省出版集團(tuán)在多元化經(jīng)營過程中出現(xiàn)的若干問題提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of the cultural system, more and more attention has been paid to the economic attributes of publishing groups, and the publishing industry in China, which is bathed in the reform of spring style, has taken on a new look. In the process of restructuring and transforming enterprises in the first 10 years of the new century, Anhui Publishing Group, Jiangxi Publishing Group, Hunan Publishing holding Group has come to the forefront of the publishing industry, from collectivization to listing fever, after 10 years of rapid development, the publishing groups of the three central provinces have been growing exponentially in terms of the output value of their assets and their profits. With the gradual demise of the listing boom, instead of how to manage the publishing group. After China's entry into WTO, the publishing industry of our country has gradually opened up to foreign capital the fierce competition between book planning and printing business, and under the double pressure of digital media to devour the traditional publishing market step by step in the information age, it tends to become a saturated publishing market. It is already very difficult to satisfy the idea of each group becoming bigger and stronger. In this kind of internal and external staggered environment, the publishing groups of the three central provinces have chosen to diversify their management to change the single business model and create a scope economy to expand the operating income. On the contrary, the development of international publishing media capital is also a long history of diversified management. Facts have also proved that the diversification strategy can rapidly expand the industry for enterprises. Therefore, how to combine the advantages of various groups to carry out diversification and prevent blind investment is a problem worth thinking about. Based on the background of the publishing industry in China, the background of the establishment of the publishing group in the three central provinces and the present situation of diversified management, this paper makes a longitudinal comparative study of the main publishing industry, the related industry and the non-related industry of each group. It is believed that moderate diversification will give play to the core advantages of the publishing group. At the same time, this paper puts forward some suggestions on some problems in the process of diversification of publishing groups in the three provinces of central China.
