【摘要】：對于今天的出版單位,人才之于發(fā)展的重要性不言而喻。人才是核心資產(chǎn),出版單位應(yīng)堅(jiān)持"編輯是核心資產(chǎn)"的理念并落到實(shí)處。激發(fā)編輯的創(chuàng)造力和工作熱情,幫助編輯建立職業(yè)自豪感和成就感,把工作目標(biāo)設(shè)定為文化貢獻(xiàn)、社會效益,不失初心,不失簡單。才能使出版回歸本質(zhì),才能讓更多的讀者開卷有益。
[Abstract]:For today's publishing units, the importance of talent to development is self-evident. Talent is the core asset. Publishing units should adhere to the idea that "editing is the core asset" and put it into practice. To help editors establish a sense of professional pride and accomplishment, and set their work goals as cultural contributions, social benefits, without losing their initial mind and without losing their simplicity, can the publication return to its essence and make more readers open books.
