【摘要】：通過梳理我國9個期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫,研究其對我國科技期刊發(fā)展所產生的影響。結果表明,9個數(shù)據(jù)庫之間相對獨立,數(shù)據(jù)樣本差距較大,數(shù)據(jù)遴選方法和評價結果有一定差異,其學術導向性有待商榷。結果還顯示,我國學術期刊評價體系中存在一些評價指標滯后于學術期刊發(fā)展的情況,如載文量、基金論文比等指標權重過大等,評價活動被扭曲等功能異化問題逐漸顯現(xiàn)。通過分析現(xiàn)有期刊評價體系中存在的問題和風險,如"市場"目的性較強、利用學術期刊評價結果來"操刀"學術評價過程等,對我國期刊評價體系提出一些建議和意見,以期對優(yōu)化我國學術期刊評價體系有所借鑒,推動學術期刊健康、有序地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By combing 9 periodical databases in China and studying their influence on the development of sci-tech periodicals in China, the results show that the 9 databases are relatively independent, the data sample gap is large, and the data selection methods and evaluation results are different to a certain extent. The results also show that some evaluation indexes lag behind the development of academic journals in the evaluation system of academic journals in China, such as the amount of papers published, the weight of fund papers and so on. By analyzing the problems and risks existing in the existing periodical evaluation system, such as "market" with a strong purpose, the evaluation results of academic journals are used to "manipulate" the academic evaluation process, etc. This paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on the evaluation system of Chinese journals in order to optimize the evaluation system of Chinese academic journals and promote the healthy and orderly development of academic journals.
