【摘要】：高校學(xué)報(bào)欄目建設(shè)整體布局現(xiàn)已基本完成,期刊發(fā)展進(jìn)入后"名欄"時(shí)代,但這并不等于入圍欄目陣營將一成不變。平衡布局的結(jié)構(gòu)要求、"優(yōu)勝劣汰"的評(píng)選和動(dòng)態(tài)管理機(jī)制給非"名欄"期刊提供了躋身"名欄"的可能,因此,普通期刊(包括部分核心期刊)通過有效競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略,諸如增強(qiáng)必勝信念打造特色欄目、找準(zhǔn)學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì)做好選題策劃、選好欄目主持人和欄目編輯等多項(xiàng)措施,將有可能再創(chuàng)"名欄","名欄"建設(shè)大有可為。
[Abstract]:The overall layout of the column construction of university journals has been basically completed, and the periodical development has entered the "famous column" era. The structural requirements of the balanced layout, the "survival of the fittest" selection and dynamic management mechanism for non-" famous column "journals provide the possibility of joining the" name column ", so, Ordinary journals (including some core journals) adopt effective competitive strategies, such as building special columns by strengthening their belief in winning, finding the right subject advantages to do a good job in selecting topics and planning, selecting column hosts and column editors, and so on.
