【摘要】：文章從自身和外部調(diào)節(jié)兩方面闡述了對(duì)編輯職業(yè)倦怠干預(yù)的手段和途徑。對(duì)自身來(lái)說(shuō),編輯要不斷更新自己的知識(shí),加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)新技術(shù)和新知識(shí);還要積極做好職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,努力朝學(xué)者型編輯努力;最后要根據(jù)自身工作特點(diǎn)調(diào)整工作心態(tài)、利用休閑時(shí)間培養(yǎng)"動(dòng)"的興趣愛(ài)好。在外部調(diào)節(jié)方面,高校和編輯部要建立完善的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,提高編輯的待遇,提高編輯工作的積極性;新聞出版界要加大宣傳編輯力度,讓大眾、作者、讀者了解編輯工作的特點(diǎn)、意義和價(jià)值。改善社會(huì)對(duì)編輯的職業(yè)認(rèn)同從而改變編輯的職業(yè)認(rèn)同感。
[Abstract]:This article from the two aspects of internal and external adjustment of means and ways to edit occupation burnout. The intervention itself, the editors should constantly update their knowledge, strengthen the learning of new technologies and new knowledge; to actively carry out occupation career planning, efforts towards scholar editors to work hard; finally, according to the characteristics of their work attitude adjustment culture, the "dynamic" interest in regulating the use of leisure time. Outside the University and the editorial department to establish and improve the incentive mechanism, improve editing treatment, enhance the enthusiasm of editing work; press to increase publicity efforts to make public, editor, author and readers to understand the characteristics of editing, significance and value to improve the social recognition of the occupation. The editor to change the sense of occupation identity of editors.
