【摘要】：自2016年6月英國全民公投決定離開歐盟起,原本堅持留歐的英國出版產(chǎn)業(yè)就處于恐慌之中。從目前相關(guān)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果及出版產(chǎn)業(yè)反饋來看,脫歐致使英國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長放緩,將對出版產(chǎn)業(yè)形成沖擊。具體體現(xiàn)為:經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩影響居民消費信心導(dǎo)致零售下滑,英鎊貶值以及移民限制導(dǎo)致出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的紙張、印刷和人力成本上升,脫歐后的貿(mào)易關(guān)稅限制導(dǎo)致實體書出口、版權(quán)輸出以及合作出版業(yè)務(wù)下滑,歐盟科研經(jīng)費、歐盟學(xué)生學(xué)費的流失以及研究人員出走對英國教育與學(xué)術(shù)出版形成打擊。
[Abstract]:The British publishing industry, which had insisted on staying in the European Union, has been in a panic since June 2016, when it voted in a referendum to leave the EU. Judging by current statistics and feedback from the publishing industry, Brexit has slowed British economic growth. The impact on the publishing industry will be as follows: the impact of the economic slowdown on consumer confidence and the decline in retail sales, the depreciation of the pound and immigration restrictions have led to higher paper, printing and labour costs in the publishing industry. The restrictions on trade tariffs after Brexit have led to a decline in substantive book exports, copyright exports and co-publishing, the loss of EU research funds, the loss of EU student tuition and the departure of researchers from the UK, which has dealt a blow to British education and academic publishing.
