【摘要】：描述性綜述是包括中醫(yī)藥學(xué)在內(nèi)的學(xué)科理論建設(shè)與發(fā)展的重要手段之一,其重要特征包括所討論問(wèn)題層次更高、范圍更廣,有四種可能結(jié)論,可應(yīng)用"事后推導(dǎo)理論",方法學(xué)多樣,陰性結(jié)果具有重要價(jià)值。描述性綜述可歸納為6種類型,即提出新觀點(diǎn)或新理論、評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)有理論、提出新研究領(lǐng)域或新問(wèn)題、指出研究領(lǐng)域存在問(wèn)題或矛盾、概述某觀點(diǎn)或理論形成與發(fā)展過(guò)程、概述某領(lǐng)域研究發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),并認(rèn)為前4種應(yīng)為中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域綜述的主要類型。目前描述性綜述中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題有文獻(xiàn)量不足、證據(jù)描述不充分、缺乏整合與創(chuàng)新、忽略研究結(jié)果或方法等缺陷的評(píng)價(jià)、選擇性評(píng)價(jià),因此,撰寫(xiě)前對(duì)文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)與量及證據(jù)處理方法進(jìn)行明確要求、對(duì)研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行整合創(chuàng)新、重視所研究文獻(xiàn)中的缺陷并保證客觀評(píng)價(jià)態(tài)度均是保證描述性綜述質(zhì)量的必要條件。
[Abstract]:Descriptive review is one of the important means of theoretical construction and development of disciplines, including traditional Chinese medicine. Its important characteristics include higher level and wider scope of the problems discussed, and four possible conclusions. It can be used to deduce the theory after the event. The methodology is diverse, and the negative results are of great value. The descriptive review can be summarized into six types, that is, to put forward new ideas or theories, to evaluate existing theories, to put forward new research fields or problems. Pointing out that there are problems or contradictions in the research field, summarizing the formation and development process of a certain viewpoint or theory, and summarizing the research and development trends in a certain field. The first four should be the main types in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the common problems in descriptive review are insufficient literature, insufficient description of evidence, lack of integration and innovation, neglect of research results or methods, etc. Therefore, the quality and quantity of documents and methods of evidence processing should be clearly requested before writing, and the contents of the research should be integrated and innovated. Paying attention to the defects in the literature and ensuring the objective evaluation attitude are the necessary conditions to guarantee the quality of descriptive review.
