【摘要】：投融資體制改革是增強(qiáng)新聞出版企業(yè)活力、產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)力和國際競爭力的制度保障和操作依據(jù)。本文深入探討了體制演進(jìn)、國外經(jīng)驗(yàn)與"產(chǎn)權(quán)/股權(quán)體系→市場體系→金融體系→新聞出版投融資體系"的新聞出版體制改革政策脈絡(luò),并從培育與健全投資主體、拓展投融資渠道和創(chuàng)新投融資模式等三方面解構(gòu)了新聞出版投融資體制改革路徑,提出了切實(shí)可行的制度安排建議。
[Abstract]:The reform of investment and financing system is the institutional guarantee and operational basis for strengthening the vitality, industrial strength and international competitiveness of press and publication enterprises. This paper probes into the evolution of the system, the experience of foreign countries and the "property right / equity system". 鈫扢arket system. 鈫扚inancial system. 鈫扵he reform policy context of press and publication investment and financing system, and deconstructs the reform path of press and publication investment and financing system from three aspects: cultivating and perfecting the investment subject, expanding the investment and financing channels and innovating the investment and financing mode. Some practical suggestions on system arrangement are put forward.
