【摘要】：在21世紀，人類逐漸擺脫以征服自然為主的工業(yè)文明階段，走進人、自然、社會和諧共處的生態(tài)文明新時代，生態(tài)化發(fā)展逐漸被人們關(guān)注與認同，成為人類社會發(fā)展的新方向。出版的歷史就是人類文明的歷史，新聞出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對社會的進步發(fā)展極其重要，在生態(tài)文明背景下，未來出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向就是要實現(xiàn)出版生態(tài)化。目前我國的新聞出版產(chǎn)業(yè)總體發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好，但在改革的過程中依舊存在嚴重的生態(tài)危機，一定程度上影響著產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全與健康發(fā)展。將生態(tài)理念運用在出版產(chǎn)業(yè)當中，建立穩(wěn)定、安全的出版環(huán)境，維護健康、和諧的出版活動,實現(xiàn)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)、乃至人類社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，已成為當前出版產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的最緊迫任務(wù)。 本文是從出版生態(tài)化的角度出發(fā)，將生態(tài)學(xué)原理體現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)實出版活動中，主要分四個部分來進行闡述：首先，運用可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論分析當前我國新聞出版產(chǎn)業(yè)整體發(fā)展狀況、面臨的困境，總結(jié)了出版過程中主要存在的環(huán)境問題，提出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平與環(huán)境質(zhì)量失衡的現(xiàn)象并分析原因；其次，結(jié)合理論與實際，通過對政府、出版企業(yè)、讀者的管理，對人、自然、社會的監(jiān)督，對環(huán)境影響的補償方面進行機制研究，分析如何更好的運用生態(tài)理念來處理出版與發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系；再次，立足現(xiàn)實，與時俱進，尋求能全面進行數(shù)字化、實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化、不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的最佳途徑來優(yōu)化生態(tài)出版，，維護出版平衡；最后，從責(zé)任主體角度，提出與政府支持、企業(yè)管理、市場調(diào)節(jié)、讀者維護方面相對應(yīng)的政策，來強化產(chǎn)業(yè)所承擔(dān)的環(huán)境責(zé)任，從而達到有效的將生態(tài)理念運用在新聞出版產(chǎn)業(yè)當中的目的，確保產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, human beings gradually got rid of the stage of industrial civilization which dominated by conquest of nature, entered the new era of ecological civilization in which man, nature and society coexist harmoniously, and the ecological development was gradually concerned and recognized by people. The history of publication is the history of human civilization, and the development of the press and publication industry is extremely important to the development of society. The development direction of the publishing industry in the future is to realize the publication ecology. At present, the press and publication industry in our country is developing well, but there is still a serious ecological crisis in the process of reform. To some extent, it affects the safety and healthy development of the industry. Applying the ecological concept to the publishing industry, establishing a stable and safe publishing environment, maintaining healthy and harmonious publishing activities, and realizing the publishing industry, Even the sustainable development of human society has become the most urgent task facing the publishing industry. This article is from the publishing ecology angle, will embody the ecology principle in the real publishing activity, mainly divides into four parts to carry on the elaboration: first, uses the sustainable development theory to analyze the present our country press and publication industry overall development situation, This paper summarizes the main environmental problems in the publishing process, puts forward the phenomenon of the imbalance between the industrial development level and the environmental quality, and analyzes the reasons. Secondly, through the management of the government, the publishing enterprise and the readers, combined with the theory and practice, The supervision of human, nature and society, the compensation of environmental impact, the analysis of how to better use the ecological concept to deal with the relationship between publishing and development; again, based on reality, with the times, To seek the best way to optimize ecological publishing and maintain publishing balance by digitizing, realizing industrial diversification, and continuously innovating and developing; finally, from the perspective of the responsible subject, put forward to the government support, enterprise management, market regulation, The corresponding policies of readers' maintenance can strengthen the environmental responsibility of the industry, so as to effectively apply the ecological concept to the press and publication industry, and ensure the sustainable development of the industry.
