論美國出版行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的形成及其借鑒

【摘要】:美國出版行業(yè)最初主要是殖民地反抗宗主國的政治武器,在美國建國時作為行使表達(dá)自由權(quán)的重要工具,但隨著時間的推移,出版行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化開始萌芽。到19世紀(jì)中葉,美國出版行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化已完全確立。自此,美國出版產(chǎn)業(yè)化向深度、廣度、向度發(fā)展,呈現(xiàn)出自然型、市場機(jī)制型和規(guī)制法律化的特點(diǎn)。批判性借鑒美國出版行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化活動及其經(jīng)過,我國應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇適合中國國情的政府推動型、市場機(jī)制型、法律與政策協(xié)同規(guī)制型的出版產(chǎn)業(yè)化路徑。
[Abstract]:The publishing industry in the United States was primarily a political weapon of colonial resistance to the sovereign state, and was an important tool for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression when the United States was founded. But with the passage of time, the industrialization of the publishing industry began to sprout. By the middle of 19th century, The industrialization of the publishing industry in the United States has been fully established. Since then, the industrialization of publishing in the United States has developed in depth, breadth and degree, showing a natural pattern. The characteristics of market mechanism and regulation legalization. We should use the industrialization of American publishing industry and its course for reference critically. China should choose the government driven type and market mechanism type which are suitable for China's national conditions. The way of publishing industrialization based on the coordination of law and policy.
