【摘要】：我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)龐大,前景廣闊,但目前的發(fā)展面臨嚴(yán)重的版權(quán)困局。網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)的版權(quán)困局有技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律等多方面的原因,網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻企業(yè)和國(guó)家有關(guān)部門在破解網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)版權(quán)困局,促進(jìn)我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展方面都能有所作為。
[Abstract]:China's network video industry has a huge market and broad prospects, but the current development is facing serious copyright difficulties. There are many reasons for the copyright difficulties of the network video industry, such as technology, economy, law and so on. The network video enterprises and the relevant departments of our country can do something to solve the copyright dilemma of the network video industry and promote the healthy and orderly development of the network video industry in our country.
