【摘要】：學術期刊的集群發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為國際趨勢,國外出版集團穩(wěn)居科技期刊的霸主地位,中國科技期刊的集群化發(fā)展還處于起步階段。自2006年起,中國地理與資源期刊及其期刊人經(jīng)過10年持續(xù)不斷的努力,積極應對國內外期刊發(fā)展的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),勇于創(chuàng)新,已經(jīng)基本形成中國地理與資源期刊集群化服務平臺發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構想,并成功地推出了擁有54家加盟期刊并且模塊功能完備的集群化服務平臺網(wǎng)站(www.geores.com.cn)、統(tǒng)一的在線采編系統(tǒng)、底層數(shù)據(jù)的結構化、富媒體出版、手機APP與微信服務公眾號、數(shù)據(jù)出版、科研云助手系統(tǒng)、媒體宣傳與推廣、中國地理與資源權威專家?guī)臁⒅袊乩頃h服務系統(tǒng)、中國地理編輯出版年會、不定期的專題性期刊沙龍、《中國地理與資源國情快報》政策版與科普版、"具影響力中國地理期刊優(yōu)秀論文"等14項具有顯示度的期刊多元增值產(chǎn)品,事業(yè)思路清晰,行動果敢有力,工作扎實有序,集群功能完備,投入產(chǎn)出比高,極大地推動了中國地理與資源期刊由傳統(tǒng)紙質出版向富媒體出版、由文獻生產(chǎn)者向學科與社會集成型知識服務提供平臺的兩大根本性轉型,這使得中國地理與資源期刊更加掌握了主動,把握了先機,開啟了中國地理與資源期刊集群發(fā)展的新局面和新時代。
[Abstract]:The cluster development of academic journals has become an international trend. Foreign publishing groups are firmly in the dominant position of sci-tech periodicals, and the cluster development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals is still in its infancy. After 10 years of continuous efforts, China Geography and Resource Journals and their staff actively respond to the opportunities and challenges of the development of periodicals at home and abroad, and have the courage to innovate. It has basically formed the strategic conception of the development of China Geographic and Resource Journals Cluster Service platform, and has successfully launched the website of the Cluster Service platform, which has 54 affiliated periodicals and complete modules, www.geores.com.cn.com, a unified online editing and editing system. Data structure, rich media publishing, mobile phone APP and WeChat service Official account, data publishing, scientific research cloud assistant system, media publicity and promotion, China Geographic and Resource authoritative expert Library, China Geographic Conference Service system, The annual meeting of China Geographic Editors and Publishing, the occasional special periodical salon, the Policy Edition and popular Edition of Chinese Geography and Resources KuaiBao, the excellent papers of influential Chinese Geographic Journals, etc., 14 multiple value-added products with the degree of display. Clear thinking, bold action, solid and orderly work, complete cluster functions and high input-output ratio have greatly promoted China Geographic and Resource Journals from traditional paper publishing to rich media publishing. The two fundamental transformation from document producer to knowledge service platform of discipline and social integration has made Chinese geography and resource periodicals more active and have grasped the first opportunity. It opens a new situation and a new era of the development of Chinese geography and resources periodical cluster.
