【摘要】：開(kāi)放獲取期刊(也稱(chēng)OA期刊)自發(fā)行以來(lái),倡導(dǎo)了學(xué)術(shù)共享的理念與出版機(jī)制,以免費(fèi)閱讀、下載、復(fù)制、散發(fā)或鏈接等優(yōu)勢(shì)越來(lái)越受到廣大專(zhuān)家學(xué)者的青睞。在大力發(fā)展和使用OA期刊的同時(shí),人們也逐漸關(guān)注OA期刊的評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題。OA期刊有其自身的鏈接特點(diǎn),且不同鏈接類(lèi)型的價(jià)值也不同,因此以往的網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子研究方法已不能滿足人們科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)OA期刊的需求。OA期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子的測(cè)算需要一種新的結(jié)合OA期刊鏈接特點(diǎn)的解決方案。 本文結(jié)合OA期刊的鏈接特征,提出了一種基于鏈接聚類(lèi)的OA期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子的計(jì)算方案。為了劃分鏈接類(lèi)型,尋找各個(gè)鏈接之間隱含的相同的鏈接動(dòng)機(jī),作者利用內(nèi)容特征、出鏈特征、入鏈特征為鏈接到某OA期刊的每個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)構(gòu)建了三元組向量,并使用M-S算法進(jìn)行聚類(lèi)分析。在聚類(lèi)算法選取的基礎(chǔ)上,作者利用Java語(yǔ)言設(shè)計(jì)了專(zhuān)門(mén)的鏈接抓取工具和聚類(lèi)分析工具用以實(shí)現(xiàn)聚類(lèi)分析過(guò)程,綜合使用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)與專(zhuān)門(mén)編寫(xiě)的程序進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)清洗。在鏈接聚類(lèi)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,文章從鏈接分析的假設(shè)前提入手,將鏈接類(lèi)型與鏈接權(quán)重因素加入到網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子的計(jì)算中,提出了基于鏈接聚類(lèi)的OA期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子計(jì)算公式。 文章根據(jù)基于鏈接聚類(lèi)的OA期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子計(jì)算方法,利用專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)鏈接抓取工具和聚類(lèi)計(jì)算工具,對(duì)D-Lib Magazine的站外鏈接進(jìn)行了聚類(lèi)分析,計(jì)算出了D-Lib Magazine基于鏈接聚類(lèi)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子值,并與傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了比較。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,基于鏈接聚類(lèi)的OA期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子的計(jì)算方法是可行的,能夠結(jié)合OA期刊鏈接特點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)OA期刊。 文章提出的基于鏈接聚類(lèi)的OA期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因子研究方法,可以為OA期刊評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù),引導(dǎo)大眾閱讀,促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)OA期刊提升辦刊質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Since its publication, Open access Journals (also known as OA Journals) have advocated the idea of academic sharing and publishing mechanisms for free reading, downloading and copying. The advantages of distributing or linking are more and more popular among experts and scholars. With the development and use of OA periodicals, people pay more and more attention to the evaluation of OA periodicals. OA periodicals have their own link characteristics. And different types of links have different values, Therefore, the previous research methods of network impact factors can not meet the needs of scientific evaluation of OA journals. The calculation of network impact factors of OA periodicals requires a new solution combining the characteristics of OA periodicals. Based on the link characteristics of OA journals, this paper proposes a scheme to calculate the network influence factors of OA periodicals based on link clustering. The author uses content feature, chain feature, chain feature to construct triple vector for each web page linked to a certain OA periodical, and uses M-S algorithm to cluster analysis. In order to realize the cluster analysis process, the author designed a special link grab tool and cluster analysis tool by using Java language, and used the database technology and the specially written program to clean the data. On the basis of the link clustering analysis, the author used the database technology and the specially written program to clean the data. This paper begins with the hypothetical premise of link analysis, adds the link type and link weight factors to the calculation of network influence factors, and puts forward a formula for calculating the network influence factors of OA periodicals based on link clustering. According to the method of calculating the influence factors of OA periodical network based on link clustering, the paper makes cluster analysis of the out-of-station link of D-Lib Magazine by using the specially designed link grab tool and clustering calculation tool. The network influence factor value of D-Lib Magazine based on link clustering is calculated and compared with the traditional network influence factor calculation method. The empirical results show that the calculation method of network influence factor based on link clustering is feasible. Can combine OA periodical link characteristic to evaluate OA periodical. The research method of network influence factors of OA periodicals based on link clustering can serve the evaluation of OA periodicals, guide the public to read, and promote the quality of OA periodicals in China.
