【摘要】：《中華水文化書系》及其數(shù)字化項目作為中央財政文化產業(yè)發(fā)展專項資金支持的重大出版工程,其編纂、出版及數(shù)字化建設的過程是一項繁雜的系統(tǒng)工程。文章全面回顧了項目策劃、組織并實施的全過程,總結了實施經驗和個人體會,同時思考了項目運作中的問題和不足,對下一步做好大型出版項目的運作管理有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The book on Chinese water culture and its digitization project, as a major publishing project supported by the special fund for the development of the central financial and cultural industry, has been compiled, The process of publishing and digitizing construction is a complicated system engineering. This paper reviews the whole process of project planning, organization and implementation, summarizes the implementation experience and personal experience, and considers the problems and shortcomings in the project operation. For the next step to do a good job in the operation and management of large-scale publishing projects have reference significance.
