【摘要】：目前,適合中國(guó)本土發(fā)展的出版經(jīng)紀(jì)人道路在不斷探尋中。文章通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀分析得知出版經(jīng)紀(jì)入主要以團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的模式進(jìn)行運(yùn)作,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出不同案例下的具體運(yùn)作方法,歸納出行業(yè)存在意識(shí)觀念、信任程度、人才保護(hù)與培育、內(nèi)容認(rèn)可的問(wèn)題,提出完善我國(guó)出版經(jīng)紀(jì)人行業(yè)的可操作性建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the publishing broker road suitable for China's native development is constantly being explored. Through the analysis of the present situation, the paper finds out that the publishing broker mainly operates in the mode of teamwork, and then summarizes the specific operation methods in different cases. This paper sums up the problems of consciousness, degree of trust, talent protection and cultivation, and content recognition in the industry, and puts forward some operable suggestions to perfect the publishing broker industry in China.
