【摘要】：【目的】指出解決著者身份識別的有效途徑�！痉椒ā客ㄟ^對14種SCI收錄的地學(xué)科技期刊的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),期刊著者身份存在歧義,在標(biāo)識文章作者的信息和參考文獻(xiàn)引用的規(guī)范各不相同,被不同國際數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的著者標(biāo)識標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也各不相同�！窘Y(jié)果】通過出版機構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄方規(guī)范作者姓名標(biāo)識、規(guī)范數(shù)字平臺的存取以及利用注冊標(biāo)識號來關(guān)聯(lián)作者信息和學(xué)術(shù)成果等相關(guān)信息是解決作者身份識別的有效途徑�！窘Y(jié)論】可以使科研人員文獻(xiàn)信息傳播準(zhǔn)確,進(jìn)行有效的知識共享,進(jìn)而推進(jìn)我國期刊的發(fā)展、完善科研管理和有關(guān)統(tǒng)計及學(xué)術(shù)論文的評估工作。
[Abstract]:[objective] to point out the effective way to solve the problem of author identification. [methods] based on the research of 14 kinds of geoscience journals included in SCI, it is found that there is ambiguity in the identity of the authors of the journals. In identifying the author of the article, the information and references quoted are different in specifications, and the standards for the identification of the authors included in different international databases are also different. [results] the author's name identification is regulated by publishing institutions and database collectors. Standardizing access to digital platform and associating author information and academic achievements with registration identification number is an effective way to solve the problem of author identification. [conclusion]. Effective knowledge sharing is carried out in order to promote the development of Chinese periodicals and to improve the management of scientific research and the evaluation of related statistics and academic papers.
