【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),數(shù)字出版作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨諸多困境。文章從完善政策體系,創(chuàng)造良好產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,促使傳統(tǒng)出版與數(shù)字出版融合發(fā)展;提高文化產(chǎn)業(yè)地位,凸顯分享經(jīng)濟(jì)作用;加強(qiáng)數(shù)字出版理念,培養(yǎng)數(shù)字閱讀習(xí)慣,提升全民閱讀水平;加強(qiáng)對(duì)數(shù)字出版物的出版引導(dǎo)和質(zhì)量監(jiān)管;調(diào)整電子書市場(chǎng),完善數(shù)字教育出版市場(chǎng);完善數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈運(yùn)營(yíng)模式;實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)字版權(quán)的保護(hù)與運(yùn)營(yíng);提升數(shù)字出版行業(yè)的科技應(yīng)用水平;拓寬數(shù)字出版發(fā)展思路,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新九個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入研究并提出具有可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data's era, digital publishing as a new industry is facing many difficulties. This paper tries to improve the policy system, create a good industrial environment, promote the integration of traditional publishing and digital publishing, and improve the status of cultural industry. Highlight the role of sharing economy; strengthen the concept of digital publishing, cultivate digital reading habits, improve the reading level of the whole people; strengthen the publication guidance and quality supervision of digital publications; adjust the e-book market, improve the digital education publishing market; To improve the operation mode of digital publishing industry chain; to realize the protection and operation of digital copyright; to upgrade the scientific and technological application level of digital publishing industry; to broaden the thinking of digital publishing development; Nine aspects of promoting industrial convergence and innovation were studied and some feasible suggestions were put forward.
